Owes me $60 in refund but has gone completely MIA. Have been chasing for a month for my refund, since 23 Jan, but Topologie has gone completely silent for past two weeks. Would not recommend to buy from them, as although their products are good, their customer service is non-existent. Buy at your own risk, as if they owe you a refund, they will not honor.
Shipment missing. No reply from CS.
Ordered the Insulated Hoodie in Jan 2026, shipped on the 21 Jan. But till today, 18 Feb, it is still in transit. The Topologie website states it takes 5-10 days for delivery to the UK but now almost a month has passed. Sent 2 polite emails asking for updates but there was no reply at all.
Not sure what to do now.

A-1 Store, I ordered on January 27, 2026, and I received my order mid-day today, February 2, 2026. Four working days upon ordering! The materials are authentic, and the rope strap is made in Japan, while the bag is made in Vietnam. Will buy again from this store
I ordered the market bag
I ordered the market bag. Incredibly awkward to carry with any kind of strap. Painful to use as a computer bag, esp with the cord I also purchased from them. I tried to return it and explained my situation- I had used it once and they would not accept my return, not even for exchange. Don't buy from this company.
I have bought many topologie…
I have bought many topologie products—both online and in the NYC store—in the past two months, and I love all of them. I love what they are doing, and find (almost all) their products beautiful (but people's tastes vary, so that's not an issue). One of the things I ordered online apparently ran out just before I ordered it, so they had to replace it: I think they might do better if they slightly narrowed the number of products they offered so that they could more consistently offer what they show on their website. It's a little like a pop-up shop model. They informed me about the sold-out item immediately and were incredibly responsive about providing a replacement or refunding it. That said, there's so much to get excited about, and you might be able to find what you were looking for on ebay or Poshmark. Or they might replenish what they ran out of. Anyway, I highly recommend these products, and can't wait to mix and match bags and "wares" to my heart's content.

Sent another enquiry on 15 and then 16 December. Got told nothing was sent and puffer straps were out of stock and was asked to choose another strap instead. I'm cancelling the whole order and never ordering from them again. Badly run business, bordering on scam

Received a silver topologie bag as a present. After a week of regular wear, the fabric is already very damaged and looks old and shabby.

The bags are very poor quality. The color transfers easily and has ruined both a jacket and another bag that was stored next to it. After only two uses, the material already looks worn out and old. Definitely not worth the money.
2 deliveries received perfectly
An ad came up on the gram and I was like yep want it. Did my due diligence and googled the brand, arrived at Trustpilot and saw their low score with some reviews mentioning shipping/delivery issues and customer service issues. I wanted to place a pretty substantial order but was nervous with the reviews so I split my order in two. Both orders arrived to Australia via UPS, no issues at all, all items perfect, both deliveries landed within 10 days of placing order.
A scam !!! RUN AWAY
Worse customer experience! I bought a backpack 3 weeks ago, contacted them for any updates or help, they are uber silent!

Beware! If you want to return anything they make it as hard as possible. I had to submit pictures, never received an answer - or my money. Now I am stuck with a poor quality bag and lots of straps I just wanted to try because on site you can never tell the real colour.

I made my first purchase of their crossbody bag (Bottle Sacoche) and a matching 0.8mm rope after seeing my travel buddy carried one but it has been a BAD EXPERIENCE!
They sent me an email CLAIMING that the parcel has been delivered on 14/05/2025 but in actual fact, I did not receive any. I immediately replied to the email informing that I did not receive any parcel on that day.
They replied to say that they will investigate with their delivery agent. Subsequent to that, every time I follow up, they will repeat the same story about parcel being delivered. Same thing happened when enquire with their delivery agent, UPS. Both claimed that parcel had been delivered but when asked to provide proof of delivery, none of them can provide any!
Until today I am still here, waiting for their mercy if either one of them will take up the responsibility and act accordingly.
USD111 down the drain! Don’t buy from them. Such an irresponsible trader!!!
I love the concept and their products
I’m surprised by the low score here. Maybe they got their act together since. Or maybe I’ve been very lucky.
Both my experiences ordering online and IRL (London) were pleasant and efficient.
Fast delivery, and very easy return - not necessarily fast, but easy and free, that’s appreciable.
I have the bottle bag in silver and the fabric, even if light, is resistant and the making of the bag is sturdy in every way (stitching, zipper, hardware). zippers are covered with waterproof gear - that may impact slightly the smooth opening and closing, but I very much appreciate that it keeps my phone from being soaked when it rains.
Also, I don’t receive marketing emails from them which I appreciate and makes me take a peek at their website more often than not.
The bags are overpriced for material…
The bags are overpriced for material and quality. I recently bought the bucket bag and noticed a small stain on it the day after. I went back to the store to ask what I can do and they said I could wash it but nothing else they can do to help. These bags are not worth the price tag! Super disappointing.

Customer service is not responsive
I previously bought a bag from them and liked it, so I decided to order another one with two straps. Unfortunately, my experience this time has been disappointing.
Now, with my latest online order, the package was marked as delivered, but when I got home, it was nowhere to be found. I reported this to Topologie, and again, it has been over 30 hours with no response. Meanwhile, I’ve been trying to start an investigation with the delivery service, DPD, but they told me that I cannot initiate it myself—Topologie has to reach out to them first. But of course, that’s not happening because they’re not checking or responding to emails.
The lack of customer service is frustrating. I hope they eventually respond and actually provide a solution, but at this point, I’m really disappointed.
UPDATE: I received a response asking if I was sure about the situation, but it did not include any further steps toward a solution.
UPDATE2: it has been a week since I've reached out, still no solution from Topologie.

On my side, I had a very positive experience with customer service following an issue with one of the article. They replied quickly and provided a positive solution. Wish more customers service were like this!
Poor Quality Strap and Non-Existent Customer Service
I purchased a leather iPhone strap from Topologie, expecting both durability and reliability. Unfortunately, the strap broke with minimal force when it was slightly pulled—far below what you'd expect from a product designed for everyday use.
Worse still, I reached out to their customer service over a month ago requesting a replacement, and I’ve received no response at all. Repeated follow-ups have been completely ignored.
Both the product quality and the customer support have been deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend Topologie based on my experience.
