Excellent service.

Easy to navigate site. Ordering was easy.
Delivery was within a couple of days. The delivery driver and friend put my bed together. They were very professional and respectful. The bed is very good quality ,I'm extremely pleased with it.
I will highly recommend this company.

i have never seen such bad customer service

i have never seen such bad customer service. the man came to deliver my bed and straight away just gave off rude energy. he came into my house and we asked him to remove his shoes before going upstairs as we have brand new carpet. he refused to take off his dirty shoes and continued going upstairs. he was rude to my dad and spoke in an unpleasant way. a few days after fitting my bed, i looked at the inside storage and see one of the screws for the lifting thing was all the way out, meaning he didn’t fix my bed properly which is very dangerous. my bed came without the legs even though it was on the advert. when i complained about this they said it was optional and i needed to fit it myself, even though i paid for fitting to be done. when my dad asked him for his name, he very rudely said ‘H’. they really need to work on their customer service. i wouldn’t even give one star.
