I placed an order on June 20 for a $500 lamp (Nova Morelli Arc Floor Lamp, Item #NOV2012202WB). At the time of purchase, the website stated delivery would take 1 to 2 weeks, which was perfect since I was buying it for an upcoming move. Now, nearly three weeks later, I still have not received a single update on my order.
I submitted a customer service request online and never heard back. I then tried the live chat, which estimated a 4 minute wait, but after 20 minutes it still showed the same estimate. Next, I called customer support and selected the option for existing orders, where I sat on hold for 40 minutes without reaching anyone. Finally, I called the sales department and was told I might hear something soon about the status of my order, but no actual update was provided.
This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. The advertised delivery timeframe was one of the main reasons I purchased this lamp, and after multiple attempts to contact customer service, I am still just as unclear about my order as I was three weeks ago. If the lamp is not going to arrive soon, I would appreciate an honest update so I can purchase a different one before my move.

It took 6 weeks for the table to get from NJ to VT. It sat in a warehouse just 5 miles from its destination for 2 weeks. Top Modern had me contact the freight forward and the horribly unresponsive "last mile" delivery company. I told the drive when I order from Wayfair I get my stuff in 3-4 days and spend 1/4 of the price. He said he hear that a lot. If Top Modern is going to sell premium products they better raise their game at least to the level of the mass market retailers.

Ordered two pendants on June 6, which were listed as in stock (50 pieces in inventory) which was not true. I specifically chose this company as they confirmed the pieces were in stock on the site. Order confirmation via email said the pieces would ship in 1 to 5 business days.
Do not trust the website. It has been a month and they still have not shipped. The online system says would ship by July 3 (3 weeks late) which has not happened.
Very disappointed.

Thank you for the reply but you are ignoring your website which still shows 50 of the item in stock and ships in 3-5 days — does not say estimate. Further my email receipt says the same.
I phoned today 7/6 and spoke to your agent. She promised me the items were now being shipped from the manufacturer today and I would see the update. Will check tomorrow.
In the end, I hope the two pendants for $1800 are nice. I delayed my contractor due to the delay of this product.
Again, your website showing availability and actual shipping hasn’t changed.

Well organized website that I was able to maneuver quickly and not waste time in a busy day. Having delivery included sends signal you value my business.
Great company to do business with. The quality of products offered is outstanding. Somewhat pricey, but hopefully in the long run it will be worth it. Ordering was easy and delivery went well.
When opening the website it said to sign up through text and email for a 15%off code. Then when I got the code it said the 15% off is only for orders over $5000 but could use code NEW for 10% off. I tried to use that code on the order and it said that code wasn’t applicable for the order. All pretty deceiving.

I had to change my order because I accidentally got the regular size and not the long size. I contacted you and you made the change super easy and I received the correct item.
Kit was very helpful and quick in determening availability and shipping info for the products I was interested in and ultimately ordered.

I signed up giving you my email and phone number for 10% off and the one item I wanted to buy did not qualify and I couldnt find anywhere on the page what the “exclusions” were. I feel tricked by the company. But I ordered the item I wanted anyway.

On 3/11 I purchase the Kartell Componibili, and it show it would be delivered in 2 days after my purchase, I received an email that the shipping date was 3/19 and I still haven’t received. FedEx website is showing in transit but if not date for delivered.
