ES11 is false advertised and unable to perform

I purchased a TopMate ES11 mobility scooter directly from TopMate as opposed to vendors like Amazon or eBay

Immediately after receiving and assembling in January 2026, it was immediately obvious the unit cannot achieve it's advertised operations. Doesn't ascend ANY inclines, grassy flat areas, or flat dirt paths. It cannot go up handicap mobility access ramps. But momentum will take you up a few feet with a ridiculously generous "running start" on flat ground. It requires distance to bring to a stop. TopMate stalled and ignored all communication attempts for exactly 30 days, which is their window of Return. I reported to BBB and to FTC and TopMate ignored them also. My unit is six months old today and collects dust in the garage with only 5 minutes logged in. BTW; I am an experienced scooter consumer with a Pride Go-Go. The unit does indeed scoot fast and quiet, but ONLY on flat smooth paved surfaces. Will struggle on a city sidewalk.
