Dishonest.
They say 2 to 5 days delivery. Its been 20 days since I ordered and have not received my order yet. Was told there was a problem with DHL and it’d be a couple of days late. When it didn’t arrive I sent them an email with no response. I commented on their instagram and was told there was a problem with UPS, a whole different carrier and it would be here this week. Still not here. Ive tried to request a tracking number and gotten nowhere. Seems pretty dishonest.

Way slower than they promise
I have now waited almost 2 weeks on my delivery and UPS’ website says it will take another few days, even though Toplipp promises quick deliveries of 3-5 business days. I have tried to reach out to them twice, but they do not answer. Very unprofessional.

Hi there, We have had a pretty big issue with an unexpected problem wtih DHL. We had to change over to UPS so there were some orders made that were heavily delayed. I will checked your order and it is on the way. I will refund your payment though as the time it has taken is indeed unacceptable. Our apologies

Great site for snus
So stoked when we found a company that delivered snus to Aus, always comes in 3/4 days after ordering as well! The guys running it are always super helpful with any order queries. We’ve been getting snus from this site for the past 6 months and will keep using it :)
