Booked a flight for $168, they said if I wanted a "confirmed" flight I had to pay additional money. So I did. They then changed the flight I had originally chosen with out informingme it would change. I canceled through the airline itself. I called them back inquiring about a refund, they hung up on after yelling at me. I called back, got a different person, who proceeded to yell at me some more saying I wouldn't get anything. Very unhelpful, very rude, very unprofessional

Peter was very helpful on finding us the lowest rates and since this was my first time buying a ticket and booking a flight he was patient with me and answered my question and I had question and he helped me understand what I was doing like the layover timing.he made me understand that the longer layover was better since the airport is large and you don't have to rush so you don't miss your flight.

Strangely they have to call you before it’s verified etc
I have an email presenting the flight pending

I get a call by a male rep and he tells me the flight not available and it’ll be an extra $130 I immediately get annoyed because the site presented something else

The guy don’t want to hear nothing I’m saying and basically say book with another airline or company and hangs up in my face

Now I told him that my frustration was with the site because they presented something different and genuinely felt like I should be give the amount that was online

I call back and still frustrated and talked to a female
I tell her he was unprofessional and she said I was unprofessional I said EXCUSE ME?! The company site presented something else so now me and her going back and forth and she tells me if I don’t stop “yelling” she’ll charge my card the full amount ($230+) and I told her she was dead ass wrong because she didn’t understand my frustration then she had the nerve to play music whenever I talked because she only wanted to talk and I told her I already heard what you said but I still don’t see how y’all website presented a flight that was no longer available when I booked it within the time frame so it shouldn’t have gotten canceled

She hangs up

So I’m pissrd and call back because that’s rude af when I’m trying to pay the company for a flight

I also expressed to them all my frustration and tone has nothing to do with y’all because y’all just work for the company but I’m irritated with the company (I’ve been trying to book flights for almost 3 days and it’s steady a damn problem even tho my annoyance was because this company acted like I was wrong when they are because they’re false advertising the wrong prices and contacting ppl with their card info telling them it’s more and then threatening me to shut up or I’ll be charged the full amount).

The only person that helped was the second rep and she transferred me to the first person,the guy, and he told me “idk why you called back because it’ll be the same” and I told him I didn’t call to speak you because you hung in my face being rude and the lady transferred me to yo ass. He hangs up

I will be filling a complaint and I genuinely hope this company get closed down because the company and then two reps dead ass wrong
And when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was refused but the nice lady said it was nothing she can do on my flight but will schedule a call back from the supervisor within 24 hours I said ok

But of y’all need to be fired because I repeatedly expressed my frustration was the the website and not them personally
