revceived bike 6 months ago

revceived bike 6 months ago, with broken battery. Still waiting for replacement and company repeatedly tells me its coming in 2 weeks. They do not update on the battery but I need to ask them constantly updates on it. There is no refund or discount given on this product and still expect full payment. Really upset with this company, do not recoment
