I had a most terrible online shopping experience with them. The quality of their dress was horrendous. I was like they picked some rats on the street to make the dress

Shipping was extremely fast. I was hesitant when ordering.

Sizing is off and the material is pretty cheap. Cost to return the items (to China) is extortionate - I tried to return some items using the details they provided and they've been stuck in customs for 2 months, with no help from Toperth and no sign of a refund. So I'm now significantly out of pocket.
Wish I had avoided this site.

I ordered a dress that wasn’t exactly cheap, but since it looked stunning on the website, I thought it would be worth it. The photos seemed realistic. However, what I received was far from what it was supposed to look like. It was just a flimsy piece of cloth made from horrible synthetic material, completely see-through, and not even close to the right size. Honestly, I wouldn’t even use it to mop the floor.
After contacting customer service, I was offered the option to return the item at my own expense to an address in China — which would actually cost more than the dress itself. The second option was to get store credit for a future purchase. Excuse me, but why would I want to buy anything else from this scammy store that deceives people? No thanks — I don’t need another overpriced rag.
I strongly advise against shopping here unless you want to waste your money and your nerves. This is a plain and simple scam.

Dresses were not u.k sizing at all! Nowhere on the site does it say you pay to return the items...to China!! Return postage cost more than the 2 dresses. They have offered a credit but what if tht dress doesn't fit. Beware before buying.

I’m super disappointed in shipment of this dress. I ordered it for a wedding over a month ago and it’s still not here. The wedding is Sat! I just looked and it still says processing…..

I loved the dress on ,very comfortable .
I received so many compliments on the dress .
I was so happy with the fit and the overall style.

At first I was really upset because I didn't receive a shopping notification for over a week after my order. I started regretting my purchase, thinking I'd been scammed. But I got a reply quickly from their team, and they explained the hold-up. When the package arrived, I was shocked - in a good way. The dress is gorgeous. Fabric quality is beyond what I expected. Just hope they can speed up their logistic next time.

Dresses were very average. Decided to return one as it was completely unwearable due to being virtually transparent.

It’s not obvious when ordering, but the customer has to foot the bill to return. I had to contact customer services. Had several emails discussing the return ‘issue’. Was then given a Chinese address to return to. Didn’t bother as the cost of postage was almost the cost of the dress.

I really loved the dress that I got and customer service was wonderful helping to solve issues that arose.

First I asked to exchange my items for a different size. They email back and forth asking different questions about the return over the span of several days in order to delay the return. Finally they offered store credit and said I could keep the dresses. This was too good to be true! Went to the website and tried to use the store credit…it counts as a “discount” and they don’t allow you to get more than 50% discounted off each order so you can’t use the full store credit on a new purchase and end up spending more money in the end!

With some of my credit I did end up buying the dressed I wanted in a different size. The sizing is so messed up that half the dress was tight and the other half was so big it was falling off. The shipping to return the items to China is also so expensive it is not even worth it.

They also never mailed a T-shirt that I ordered and will not refund me for it.

I honestly never leave reviews but this website is 100% a scam.

Obviously a fake page, they took 80€ from me and no response at all. I wrote I want my money back! It is a scam, avoid!!!

Ordered 3 dresses, paid for fast shipping. Eventually I received my order but they only sent 2 dresses. Returns are nearly impossible and if you want store credit, it only covers half so you need to pay more again. No refund for the dress they never shipped me. Oh, and terrible quality. Do not buy!

I ordered a dress that I thought was so cute online and in person didn't disappoint. The dress looks satin but is 100% polyester. Even in its polyester form it still looks rich and classy. The quality is quite acceptable for a $40 dress! What a deal.
Ordering was easy and I tracked my order with accuracy. It came the day it promised. This is my first time ordering with Toperth and I would order again!

Do not buy from these it says easy refund which is a load of rubbish. The goods took that long to arrive the wedding had passed we had to buy bridesmaids dresses from another company and to be honest the ones we bought were cheaper and better quality.
It costs you more to return the goods to china with tracking they don’t refund not one review has been refunded. They want you to have store credit. Do not buy from this company.

Highly recommend—absolutely worth it!
I was not disappointed! I reached out to Customer Support about my order since I hadn’t received a delivery update, and they responded quickly with all the details I needed. They even followed up personally when my package was delivered! The dress I ordered is absolutely beautiful and fits like a dream. The fabric is high quality, and I can’t wait to wear it to a wedding next weekend!

Don’t bother ordering multiple sizes with the thought of returning. They ship to you within Canada, but you have to return ship to China… shipping costs came to the same as the cost of the dresses (not including the shipping I already paid to get them) so I guess I’m keeping a couple ill fitting dresses. Very misleading regarding their return policy. Will never shop here again.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing! I was shocked to find out from customer support when I emailed to ask for the instructions to return my dress (the size was the wrong fit) that I had to return the dress to CHINA and pay 60% of the cost of the dress to post it there. No where on the return policy does it state that returns need to be sent to China and I can't find the company address anywhere on the website. I will not be buying from here again. So disappointing. Please create a clearer returns policy so as not to mislead customers.
