Five stars for the ease of booking process and the cover provided. However, like all insurance you don’t know how good any claim will be until you have the unfortunate situation where you have to claim-as I haven’t actually trapped yet I cannot comment on that!

Mixed feelings
Initial contact with quote is excellent. However it is very difficult to speak to a person with any query. The web site send an inexperienced user round in circles and is frustrating. I have been with topdog in previous years and it was better without the "updated" automated system and chat box etc.

TRAVEL INSURANCE OVER 70's
Didn't start too well maybe because I had my own laptop problems and there was confusion over my payment transaction going through (switched to mobile) when I was asked for payment. All sorted by customer service when using the chat line on Monday 3rd Nov. Satisfactory outcome in the end especially when my payment was confirmed and policy email issued by Topdog. Thanks for all your assistance in my purchase
