Brilliant experience. I was very sceptical at the start, therefore, leaving a review in case someone's having second doubts. Ordered a moschino bag all the way from Italy on Christmas day Friday 25th and received 30th Dec, today. The bag itself was in an amazing shape, well packed and looked after. Definitely, will use their services again in the future. Also, products so much cheaper compared with other sites such as asos or house of fraser.

Ordered moschino trainers waited a while, chased several times. Tracking number was showing out for delivery and then no update for two days. Chased again and yodel the carrier the company uses then showed as been returned to sender with no delivery attempt. These were ordered as a birthday gift and I've been left very disappointed. Yodel also confirmed that the tracking details provided did not match the order I was chasing. Really poor service and had to get a refund.

Bag was lovely, came exactly how it looked in the photo. Only thing negative was the time it took to come , would be good if you could upgrade the way you send I item, I wish I had I quicker it's so nice !

Hello, this experience wasn't a good one, I have to be honest. The delivery took longer than expected, but it wasn't a problem, I expected some email from the top designer team just to reassure me that everything is going OK and my order is safely on my way. I have waited 8 days for this type of email....When finally the delivery day came and I wasn't aware of it, Yodel driver just quickly pressed the door bell and did not wait for anyone to answer the door, rushed to the next door neighbour and left my parcel there and minutes later he returned to leave a note that my parcel is next door. I opened the door again and I could see him driving frantically away. Maybe he was very young and unexperienced, but this was a very poor quality delivery. I am so sorry about all this, please improve in the future future because the products you sell are great value. Thank you.
