Customer service fixed my issue immediately

I originally received the wrong size for my order (ordered a Medium, got a Large). I was worried returning it would be a hassle .
​However, I contacted support and they replied within an hour. They sent out the correct replacement immediately and gave me a prepaid label to return the wrong one.
​Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was professional and fast. The replacement product is perfect. Highly recommended for their honesty.

I ordered some gas cylinders and they were the wrong size from Amazon. I paid £16.99 and had to pay £7 in postage. Firstly they refunded me only £13.99 and then despite me following their instructions for reimbursement of postage they refused to refund it back. Poor company, bad service, will never use them again. Amazon kindly gave me a £10 voucher as an apology. Yet it’s brand online UK that should be taking better care of their customers.
