shits fake as hell and it took more than 2 bussines days to come

I have ordered many items from Topball and the service is Excellent and also quality goods.

Do not shop here AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS i should have looked at the reviews before purchasing they screwd me over and wouldn’t help me return for a bigger size there return Window is 2 days IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OF COME HERE !!!! THEY BARELEY REPLY TOO YA

I wish I'd read the reviews on here regarding this company being scammers!
The boot bag I ordered was red and when it eventually arrived it is fluorescent orange and obviously fake. The quality is dreadful! the bag took weeks to arrive and apparently I should have returned it within 3 days of 'product order deliver' whatever that means. Nowhere on their returns policy does it state this. Customer service are unhelpful when they eventually reply!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered my item 17 days ago. The item was so called picked up from the warehouse the day after I ordered but hasn't moved since. Evri/hermes have confirmed that they cannot find the item and it is lost however topball refuse to acknowledge this and just keep advising that it is in transit. Seems like this is a common issue with this company which is making me think that this is total scam. I still need my refund topball as I do not have my order and have given you proof that it is lost.

Fast and efficient service and 💯% as described

I bought Nike Elite Crew socks (style SX7587-017) from this shop a while ago. The price seemed great, but after contacting Nike, I found out the socks are not genuine.
The material composition and packaging differ from the official Nike version.
I only discovered this after the return period had passed, so I couldn’t return them — but I’m posting this review so others can avoid the same mistake.

No item received and it's been over a month. Contacted Customer Service who responds very slowly and gives a standard script and just neat around the bush (i.e. it is in transit, we'll investigate with our delivery partner, etc).

4 weeks later, Yodel apparently attempted delivery but not true. We have a Ring doorbell and my husband WFH and no delivery attempt.

On week 6 now, still no item and still trying to get my money back. Customer Service has asked for irrelevant info (goes to show they don't read case history) and apparently once all info have been provided, they'll start to initiate a refund request to their warehouse team based in Thailand and the process could take 10-20 business days.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!

Did not receive my order, they refused to give me a refund . Tracking clearly showed the order was damaged and destroyed but company won’t give me a refund. SCAMMERS

I bought an Arsenal shirt and England shirt both great quality. Reasonably priced and arrived in about 3 weeks. It’s an American company so it’s dollars but as already a good price a pound in fees was okay

I ordered multiple kids football kits. Yes they are fake! But the quality and similarity is excellent. They were about 2 weeks to come but they are delivered from Asia. I would order again.

Topball.net is a total scam. Sent fake counterfeit products and acts like a retard when replying to messages and attempts the usual delay tactics by saying they are checking with their “Thailand” warehouse when they are supposedly based in UK. These poor scammers are definitely based in Asia and prey on young teenagers by selling fake products or totally not sending products out. A matter of time the authorities shut these scammers and website down.

Do not order from TopBall. It appears their goods are being sent from Thailand. I do believe that the bag is fake. their online chat claims they are not in the office. I left some questions on there and someone DID email me. Then asked me for the same information I've already provided. Just stalling for time. I've now been asked to send proof of the goods being ordered, delivered and the item in my possession. Absolute Joke! I will give them 48 hours to send a returns label (they say will take 20 days for a refund) and then I will do a chargeback on my credit card. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Better to spend more on a genuine bag. Not sure if it's even real or not. How are they allowed to sell!! Their reviews must be fake! Bag ordered a month ago and still waiting to send it back.

* * * Update. Managed to do a chargeback case through credit card. I confirmed with Nike that Topball are not an official seller.

I dont know why I ordered from this site. Took 2 weeks for a nike elite bag to get delivered and absolutely rubbish quality. Chats dont work. Dont respond to emails. I dont know where and how to return the item

Waited two weeks then got a FAKE Nike Elite Hoops bag. Requested refund but nothing happening. Very disappointed teenager. At least they admitted that it is fake!

Having read the reviews when got a bit suspicious and saw other peoples experience of long waits for fake products - I also ordered the bag from Nike, which took two days to arrive and was far better quality. Totally different bag tbh
