Pricing was competitive and shipping was fast, but communication was lacking. I was reassured on several occasions I would at least know which day the vehicle would be delivered, but that was never truly clarified until the morning of delivery, making orchestrating delivery acceptance more difficult. I called and texted with Top Auto several times to try and get clarity, but the delivery day was still ambiguous until the morning of the delivery, which was another contact initiated by me (not proactively telling me). The driver was very difficult to communicate with, and also drives like a crazy person (I ended up in traffic with him after the delivery). I don't think it should be too big of an issue to know the day before a delivery arrives. Otherwise, the vehicle arrived with no apparent damage and was delivered quickly.

My Tesla was shipped from Houston to Miami without incident. It arrived within 3 days, and the owner Zain is very responsive and available when you have questions. The only hiccup would be that the driver wanted extra payment bc I had items in the car (which I was told I could have up to 100 lbs), however he did not accept any tip when I offered upon delivery which made up for it. The communication on timing for pickup and drop off could be slightly improved, as pick up was earlier than the time window given, and I was only given a 30 min heads up when drop off was ready. You won’t hear from them about coordinating the service until the day before as well. But overall I am happy with the service and I would definitely use them again. Zain the owner will address all concerns and hiccups you may have which I appreciated.
