Dont order there anything.....
I make my order and when I had to send it back because it didn’t fit me, I was compelled to pay for the shipping costs for returning (11€).
I contacted with the customer service about the refund but when they did it they charged me for the money transfer 4€ because they chose to make the refund from different bank.
Unbelievable!
This is ridiculous!
Horrible customer service.
I will never order there anything again.

I Made my order in the 2.11.2023 (number 2301029276) in a value of 130€ .. .....
I Made my order on the Name "joaquim jorge da Silva Marques "
I have Made the order and still waited for my Order untill now 20.11.2023.
On there Page it says that i received my order...... i cant believe this ..... but in reality i dont received anything yet until now.....
(I can send Screenshots )
i can provide anydocumentation about my order.......
I also called the Customerservice on the 17.11.2023 and informed them about the Situation.
On the 20.11.2023 i called the Customerservice again and nothing happened ..... the Customerservice has not informed the superiors about the Situation or tried to resolve this Issue as fast as possibel.
Very desapointing about the Customerservice.
I will never order there anything again.
I will also need to contact my lawyer now ......

I was honestly skeptical about ordering off this website due to bad reviews .I’m so glad I did I couldn’t find my son the navy Nike tech tracksuit anywhere.I found it on this website and the tracking available was brilliant as they use DHL and it arrived today.I will definitely be buying off this website again

Very poor company, ordered 8 days ago, still tracking in Germany !!!! 3-4 days delivery !?!? Not a prayer. Customer service non existent and just blame everyone else except themselves !! Do not use.

Not in Ireland - avoid rip off.
Bought road bike shoes for my son but they were too large. Attempted to return thinking maybe Dublin but their Ireland website is a con! Topfitness ‘.ie’ - they are NOT! Told to pay return postage to the Czech Republic. Really annoying. When I confronted them about their duplicity I was told ‘read the small print’. Never buy from them!
Why are companies allowed to use a nation descriptor (i.e = ‘we’re in Ireland) in a web address that is in fact deceitful - a lie? Outrageous.
