I had 6 composite bonding implants done with company and can’t recommend them enough. Dr Adran could not fault his work. And the girls on the front desk are lovely and polite and help with any questions or issues, Nicole and Niamb

I attended a dental appointment with…


I attended a dental appointment with Ali at Tooth Club Berkhamsted today.

I was quite nervous initially, but Ali was fantastic and immediately put me at ease. The care was professional, kind, and thorough, with every step explained clearly which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout.

I’m pleased to say I have no pain or discomfort following the treatment. I was very impressed with today’s appointment. I still have a few more visits to go, but I feel confident going forward.

Given this is a complicated treatment, I have no concerns at all and would highly recommend Tooth Club Berkhamsted.

£1,250 Refund Still Outstanding After Multiple Chases

I cancelled treatment shortly after paying a £1,250 deposit and received confirmation that my refund request had been accepted and was being processed.

I was advised on 1 June that the refund could take up to 28 working days. Since then, I have had to chase for updates and, although a member of staff advised the matter had been escalated, I have received no further communication regarding the status of the refund or an expected payment date. This is a huge sum of money!!

The person i have been liaising with has been polite and responsive when contacted, however the lack of proactive communication and the length of time taken to process the refund has been disappointing.

I hope the matter can be resolved promptly.

So bad avoid

This has absolutely stressed me out beyond belief, my credit is damaged and they just dont care!

No one responds to emails

The teeth i have are terrible but thats a whole other issue

Its just a sham and its crazy that im now having ro go down a legal route!

SCAM

SCAM: Stay away, call centre or communication is mainly through South Africa dodgy place itself, replied to their ad from £99 per tooth composite bonding replied to their ad and someone contacted me on what’s app asked specifically there was another offer for £1100 for 8 teeth I am interested as you advertised £99 per tooth composite bonding, she was like yes book free consultation, different people were contacting me so no communication with eachother then made an hour journey got there to find out it’s £2400 for 8 teeth as £99 is to fix a little chipped teeth. Wasted my time money on petrol and parking. ITS A SCAM STAY AWAY

Avoid at all costs! Money grabbers

Avoid at all costs!! I agreed to sign up for financing for Invisalign after feeling slightly pressured in Bishop's Stortford branch. Two days later, I decided that I would actually like to save and pay in full in a few months time rather than relying on finance, so I communicated this to the branch and the finance company (Tabeo). Despite being well within my 14 day cooling off period, I have been waiting over 3 weeks to receive a refund for the upfront payment I made and my loan still has not been cancelled. We are now 4 days away from the "up to 28 day period" they have advised this will take and still no sign of any refund or cancellation. Absolute money grabbers, disgusting customer service.

Avoid if possible

Avoid if possible, spent thousands getting two dentures on the advice that any other problem teeth in the future could be added . Dentist advised me one needed removing and it could be added to the denture at an agreed price . New Dentist agreed tooth needs removing but will cost more . Third Dentist advised tooth didn't need removing but I should pay for a new denture as said tooth is impacting the original denture,and didn't think a tooth could be added to original denture as it might not fit . The place is chaotic, xray wouldn't work on top floor ,wifi didn't reach so couldn't get my records. All in all I've been completely lied to after spending thousands of pounds there. After asking why I was told so many different things the only answer was "oh i dont know" . If you are unfortunate to go here try and get an itemised bill as they add extras on with out telling you . They use cheap materials so any filling either falls out or will need redoing with a year .

Worst Service Of My Life!

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I have now had composite bonding or repairs carried out seven times, and every repair requires waiting 2–3 weeks just to get an appointment. After completing my Invisalign treatment, I then had to wait over a month just to have my teeth scanned for a retainer.

I was repeatedly told that my retainer had been sent on express delivery. However, when I attended my appointment, I explained that it had never arrived, only to discover it had been sitting at the Orpington branch the entire time. I attended expecting to have my fixed retainer fitted and left with no retainer at all, putting my completed Invisalign treatment at risk.

The communication from the branch has been completely unacceptable. I was given conflicting information by staff and the supervisor, and I feel I was repeatedly misled. I was told my refund had been approved, and staff even confirmed this after reviewing the communication. Then, two months later, I was informed that the refund had never been approved after all. The lack of honesty and accountability has been shocking.

As a result of the ongoing mistakes, I have had to take multiple days off work just to attend repeated appointments in an attempt to fix problems that should never have happened in the first place.

The outcome has been devastating. I have spent the entire evening in tears because my top front tooth has been completely ruined. My tooth has been filed unevenly, leaving it noticeably wonky, and my gums were cut during the procedure. I have completely lost confidence in my smile and genuinely fear that the damage cannot be corrected.
I made every effort to resolve these issues directly with the branch before leaving this review, but instead of taking responsibility, I was given excuses for what went wrong. Throughout this experience, I have felt that patient care has been an afterthought.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering Tooth Club to think very carefully before proceeding. The repeated failures, poor communication, lack of accountability, and the distress this has caused me have been completely unacceptable.

Ipswich tooth club has been such a…

Ipswich tooth club has been such a disappointment!
Had composite bonding and it chipped all the time, every time I went back it was rushed by Lara and within a week chipped again?
I also took out their care plan which I was told would cover me for chips over the period Ihave the plan.
It has now worn off my teeth in no time at all, and when I went back was told my care plan didn’t cover me past 1 year for chips/wearing etc so would have to pay 100 per tooth? They also upped my monthly payments by another 2.00 without informing me? So I have been misinformed from the outset from the manager. Not happy and wish I had never wasted thousands getting this done?

Highly recommend Tooth Club Stratford …

Highly recommend Tooth Club Stratford Upon Avon . I’m a nightmare patient , with a real fear of drowning in my own saliva. And yet somehow I now have 8 composite bonds and 8 veneers . A proper Hollywood smile . Zahid , my dentist had to stop and start to let me breath , gag , choke , send a WhatsApp , have a wee and a walk . But we got there . And I’m buzzing because I love my teeth . It’s important that you don’t think of money you spend on yourself as spending, rather consider it as investing . The more you invest the better you will feel . Thank you Zahid .

Went to the Maidstone practice

Went to the Maidstone practice, my dentist Monika and her nurse Elena were amazing, very friendly and professional they put me at ease as I was a little nervous. They went through all options with me. Id definitely recommend tooth club Maidstone again.
