I tried leaving an honest but bad review about checkatrade on tool talk. It wouldn't let me. I'm guessing they are affiliated or a part of checkeatrade!

Items just never arrived. No way to get in touch with anyone at the company and unresponsive to emails. Unfortunately seems to be a scam

Would never buy paint from TT again because you might as well forget about being able to return them as most couriers apparently dont accept these and I learned this the hard way, sent x4 tins back only to learn they have been damaged in transit and neither the courier company or TT would accept responsibility so I ended up being out of pocket by £106. If in doubt, buy from a local DIY store, might be a little more expensive but you have the peace of mind that you can return unused with no issues.

Drop shipping company. Useless. Good luck in trying to get hold of them. Avoid!

I ordered 10 x 20kg of floor leveling compound, which they showed was in stock. Once ordered and paid for, I then got an email saying they can not supply it with no explanation. I queried this and eventually received an email saying their supplier is out of stock!. They take your money then cancel the order so you have to wait for a refund. This is fraud!

Very bad a communicating. Ordered a boiler and being told delivery is for next day but haven't had any confirmation. When i chase no one responds to the emails/ They don't have any other way of contacting other than by email for which most get ignored.

I don't think they actually have phone lines as they are always being upgraded, waited 20 days for a single screwdriver to be delivered that they charged me £5.99 for delivery. It still hasn't been delivered, and i haven't had a reply to my email.
If you want something fast, do not use this company.
If you are willing to wait a long time and are happy to pay a high postage price, go ahead and use them, it may turn up in the future.

Avoid the blue box deals guys absolutely garbage pipe clips mini rolls of tape ect. Definitely not worth the money

Absolutely awful experience, I ordered a product which did not say there was extended delivery at the time of ordering. At no point did the company contact me saying there would be a delay, when I made contact they told me someone would be in touch in the afternoon which did not happen, I made contact yet again and finally got a refund.
All it would have taken was for them to make contact or even reply to my first enquiry as they said they would.
No way to make contact using the phone either with the following message been showing for a long time now, unsure quite what upgrade they are having.
"Please note that our phone lines are currently closed whilst we upgrade our systems"
They tell me they do not endorse any particular review platform, yet there is a link on their website to one which left me confused as to me this seems like and endorsement.

Great experience

Very smooth easy process, simple ordering and recieved products in only a few (4 or 5) days. Considering the current climate with covid / lockdowns etc, i think this is very good.

Great selection. Muck fork that was ordered in brilliant, as described and supberb fast delivery and no extortionate cost. Gent who spoke with on the chat service was equally as helpful and it was nice not to speak to a generic bot! Will definitely use more now I've found the company. Thank you and keep up the fab work!

Helpful staff and the limited stock deals are great. Got a bargain on home heating controls for about 1/3 the usual price.
