Toolsite.co.uk Reviews

Good price. Quick delivery. The product itself is excellent too.

Brilliant service. Ordered a Hyundai mower at the cheapest price online and it flipping arrived a day later! Very impressed and will definitely use them again

The company responded quickly and courteously and the product was priced perfectly - many thanks for a great customer experience

Great price product as described prompt delivery tracking was not great through shop app as it wouldn’t connect but that’s not a company issue as such. Will use again.

I ordered the item online however I made an error with my email. As the item did not show up in timescale stated. I presumed it was a fake site and contacted my card company. No attempt was made to contact me by my address and the item was sent weeks later. They would have had a email failure notice. Company now want a restock fee.

Used toolsite for a lawnmower order. Good price and prompt dispatch. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, the delivery firm they used went into administration, but toolsite (Jordan was my contact) were quick and clear with their communications. They arranged for the mower to be dispatched with a new delivery company, ensuring a timely arrival. Really standout, excellent customer service. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fast delivery and an excellent product at a great price . Easy to set up with no tools so you can get going in no time at all , super easy to use , electric start makes it a doddle

Great Petrol mower so much better than my old one.

Great price and delivery speed received in 2 days

Arrived in 2d, great service.

Great price. Very efficient delivery. Excellent product.

Always a prompt response to emails {even on a Bank holiday Monday} and small queries answered without any trouble. Keen price and very prompt delivery.
Very happy with the HYMD500 even though it was bought unseen as nobody appears to carry them in stock all being called off as needed from the the main agent.

Quick, efficient delivery. Only fault was delivery drivers reluctance to carry the delivery into my garden.

Really friendly team with fast responses to my enquiries prior to purchase. Excellent updates on order and delivery times. Prices cannot be beaten.

Excellent prices and really quick delivery. Would certainly use again. Arrived two days after ordering. Had a small issue with the machine but was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Ordered Hyundai HYM430SPER lawn mower 11:00 Wednesday delivered 11:00 Thursday at a really competitive price. Excellent service would recommend.

Had a query and they replied promptly. Easy to order and fast delivery.

The delivery driver carried the package up the garden path - some 40 meters.
