Great start to my DIYer experience
I needed my first set of cordless tools. I'm a DIYer so didn't want to go all in on an expensive brand. I found excel on tools4trade and the reviews were very good, it came with a lot of standard tools in it's bundle. I place my order online and got confirmation straight away that the order went through and then within two working days everything arrived, on time in a one hour time slot given by the delivery agent. They looked and felt great. The bundle even came with two great tools4trade carry work bags. This came as a great and useful surprise to me.
I have managed to use one of the cordless tools so far and it worked and felt fantastic. I will definitely use tools4trade again great service.

No help in seeing common sense
Spent over £200 within an hour to get a free battery but they would not send me a battery as it was two purchases. When I said can you just send me a battery instead of sending it all back for a refund then buy all again in one purchase they said no. Jobsworth or what

Outstanding success
I honestly bought this thinking it was a joke I couldn’t see how they could sell it so cheap and charge basically nothing for delivery, but at the price my skepticism went out the window and thought it was worth a punt.
1.5 days later a box arrives at my door. How you can sell a product and deliver a box that size for under 40 quid amazes me. But a resounding success for my wallet.
Thanks will definitely use again.

They sold me a drill and a battery with no charger…
They sold me a drill and a battery without the charger... If people sell electric items without batteries included they are obliged to say so...Tools4Trade say it is not there policy to point out there is no charger included if they sell a drill with a re-chargable battery!! They forced me to pay for the return... Crazy bad customer service

I have looked into this. The listing for the combi drill you purchased did clearly mention it was a drill and battery only, no charger was mentioned or listed in the items included. We do ask all customers to check the listing they are purchasing to ensure it has everything they need, as there are a variety of kits available with different items included. That way customers can buy exactly what they need.
As there was not an error in the listing, we are happy to fully refund, however we do ask you to pay the cost of the carriage to return the incorrectly ordered item.
If we had made a mistake this cost would have been covered by us.
