Frustrating withdrawal process
The process of withdrawing was ridiculous. I’ve been uploading so many documents with personal information for Five days straight.
I can’t count how often my withdrawal was cancelled. I made me suspect that it’s designed to frustrate a user so much so that they give up and gamble it again.
