so signed uyp with smart shop and…
so signed up with smart shop and unlocked my offer but it failed to give me the discount.
spoke to 3 people in the shop - I couldn't get a refund on the so called special smart shop discount - apparently I have to rely on @smart' shop knowing I have overpaid. On the basis it failed to give the discount I have zero faith in this happening
so it begs the question as to how many other people are not getting their selected discounts and how come it failed to do so.
Not smart - actually disappointed and annoyed as this is Sainsbury's schtick about helping customers individually
