Received no communication from DPD…
Received no communication from DPD about when they were going to deliver on the designated day. Was I supposed to stay in all day? As a result I missed the delivery and have to stay in tomorrow now to receive it. It's a single cartridge surely they could leave on the doorstep as virtually all other couriers do if we are not in!

I'm sorry you had this experiance. We send out an email with a delivery notification normally with a 2 hour time slot. I'm sorry if you didnt get this or perhaps it went into a spam folder.
