Most bizarre experience!
So I ordered mama fleece jacket on Oct 20. Never got any followup email telling me if it’s shipped. I then emailed them twice and no replies. Now out of the blue on Dec 16, I receive a random fleece jacket in the post… and it’s NOT the one that I ordered. At this point, I’m not sure what to do. They claim you can do a free return in 30 days, but given I’ve not even heard any replies before this, I don’t think that’s going to happen. Please don’t buy from them!

Scam company - do not buy!
I ordered two pairs of sandals - they are such poor quality and they sent me the wrong sizes - I have tried contacting them several times for a refund - no response. It’s a scam company ! Do not buy from them!

They make up that they are moving…
They make up that they are moving warehouses. Such lies, havent been able to get a refund and the jumpsuit is a completely different material to the one show online. Tone Grove is a scam company.

This company is a scam!!!
This company is a scam!!!! Their activewear comes from China and is the worst quality. I bought 2 of the bodysuit and it’s completely unwearable. On top of this their customer service is non existent. They either ignore you or make up excuses like they are moving warehouse and cannot process returns. I’ve reported them to econsumer.gov as a scam and have processed a fraud complaint with my bank. Do not buy from them.
