The worst customer support I have ever seen. They have send me a used 3D printer for a new price, which has filament still in it. Connectors was broken and I still did not get them to send me a replacement board. Every reply I habe sent is answered in 2 days. Unacceptable. Broken product, full price, zero support. Dont even try to send back, they will not reply and you will not get your money back.

horrible experience and they still have my money ... ordered two years ago ... nothing arrived ... a bunch of emails ... check the local post office ... that way continued ... i have mail seven months after ordering from with the same text ... check the local post office ... after two years they say six months is the maximum for a complaint ... we are sorry for the inconvenience ... a totally illegal practice

Il 19/04/2020 sul sito TomTop era presente un'offerta per una Ebike Folding Onebot S6 con spedizione 3-5 giorni da un magazzino in Germania.

Dopo varie mail all'assistenza mi arriva comunicazione che non si poteva più spedire in Italia.

Ho aspettato un mese e finalmente la bicicletta e' arrivata con tracciatura Polonia e non Germania come descritto.

La bicicletta e' arrivata con difetti di fabbricazione e' arrivata con il pignone ruota storto...

Ho chiesto tramite Paypal di effettuare la restituzione per ottenere il rimborso, Il giorno seguente ho portato la bicicletta dal mio meccanico che mi ha detto che per lui e' una ricondizionata...e per risolvere il danno del pignone ci vuole 60 Euro,mi hanno scritto che effettuavano il rimborso dei 60 Euro, ma di restituzione dei soldi ad oggi non se ne parla.

Aggiornero' positivamente la valutazione se tomtop effettuera' il rimborso parziale di 60 E

On 19/04/2020 on the TomTop site there was an offer for an Ebike Folding Onebot S6 with 3-5 days shipping from a warehouse in Germany.

After several e-mails to the assistance, I receive a communication that could no longer be sent to Italy.

I waited a month and finally the bicycle arrived with tracking Poland and not Germany as described.

The bicycle arrived with manufacturing defects and arrived with the sprocket wheel crooked ...

I asked through Paypal to make the return to get the refund, The following day I took the bicycle to my mechanic who told me that for him it is a refurbished one ... and to resolve the damage to the pinion it takes 60 Euros, I they wrote that they were reimbursing the 60 Euros, but no money is being refunded to date.

I will positively update the evaluation if tomtop will partially refund 60 E

Se vi iscrivete su questo sito poi non sarà più possibile cancellarvi! Non esiste un metodo per eliminare l'account, ho contattato l'assistenza per chiedere la chiusura dell'account e mi hanno risposto: "We can not delete the account for you. Hope for your understanding. Have a nice day"... come può essere legale tutto questo? Vergognoso!

Seller sent me a defect printer. Told me he will refund me 12€, thats a joke for a 180€ printer. As i aked to send back the printer i was told that i will have to pay the shipping. Thats not true due to the law the seller has to pay the shipping for a defect produkt.
I dont recommend this seller very bad and unpolite customer support.

After my first review the support sent me an email and told me they would refund me 30€ nerver got the 30€ refund.
After i asked them when they will refund me the 30€ they told me that i will have to delet my first review that i will get the money back.

Thast not the right way to get better reviews.

The worst on-line seler there is

I got damaged item (drone) for 50 eur and they do not want to refund me. The Drone was flying without control, the remote did not work properly. They want the item to be send to them on my costs of 70 eur. I wrote them like 20 emails, send photos, videos, everything they asked, but still no good business from them. The worst on-line seler I ever bought from.
NEVER AGAN will I be their Costomer.
