Extremely satisfied customer
Initially thought this might be some sort of scam. I sent a question to the company first before ordering. They responded quickly, I ordered a key fob and used the key cut by photo, it actually worked. Genuinely amazed. I didn’t watch the YouTube video first and had problems getting it to pair, so I emailed questions regarding my problem and I had several replies regarding my issue. However I watched the video before responding and I was able to get my fob paired with my car. Saved about $250 going this route. Follow the instructions and watch the videos, you shouldn’t have a problem but their customer support will definitely be there if you need help.
Customer service won't answer the phone.
I recieved the items, and attempted to program the fob for my truck unsuccessfully. I went back to the website, attempted to call customer service, but was unable to ever get a live person on the phone. The AI just kept running me in circles. WHen I went back to look at my bill, I noticed I was double charged for the items i bought. Now I'm stuck with over 300 in charges and no working product.

Positive respons to my problem
Response to my several questions about replacing my key fob was overwhelmingly positive nd helpful. Unbelievably quick in answering. Thank you!
Well worth the money, only 1 small hiccup.
The only hiccup I had was that the QR code included in the paperwork lead to a dead link. But I was able to search the website and find instructions. Everything worked as described and the process of programming the fob and the key went smoothly and everything works as it should. For about half the cost of a locksmith and about 1/4 the cost of the dealership, it was definitely worth it!

Did not work for me there is a issue with my vehicle talked to customer service and they was a great help to me thank you so much Toms key service great people.
Great experience!
This is the second key I have had from Tom’s and am completely satisfied. The new key was a tad different from the first that I had, but a quick chat (they answered and replied immediately) and the answer was perfect. Thank you to Tom’s crew.
Great customer service
Great customer service. Keyfobs that actually can be programmed. Easy to use programmer solution.
Saved hundreds
As of now I have not yet received my keys but I have a good feeling there won’t be any issues. I was contacted by customer service saying I ordered the wrong key for my pickup and they could help me fix it. It was remarkable easy and they were very prompt. The dealership said it would be at least $400 to buy and reprogram a key but I saved hundreds through this incredible company.
key fob and programmer did not work
key fob and programmer did not work. even took the keyfob to locksmith for programming and was unable to use it. Seems that Push to start Ram 3500 is not something they can do since it requires "certain keyfobs" Return was rejected by tom's key company. total cost 265. from toms then another 230 from a local locksmith. So, if you see this review try your local locksmith first before trying this even if you are Tech savy.

Programming the fobs was fast and easy
Programming the fobs was fast and easy. The keys were too easy. I took them to a real locksmith and he charged $25 to cut the first key. It worked, so he cut the second for $5. Really pleased with Tom's staff and the prompt professional service.
The company sent me the wrong fob at…
The company sent me the wrong fob at first (after i was on chat and verified what fob i needed). I emailed them with photos and a description. I do NOT like their AI powered auto email response who asked me all sorts of questions like "where did you order the fob from" and "what is your make and model" when they knew all this from my order. I spoke to a rep on the phone who was helpful and they sent me a new fob. That did not work either so i emailed them again w photos and of course the stupid AI emailed me right back and asked me the make and model and where i purchased things......i know it is AI, but program it to refer to customer record. it is so frustrating. So then i called them and of course AI answered and wanted to know the make and model of my car, etc. I had to ask for a human to call me back which they did. She was very helpful and showed me what to do and now the fob is programmed. It was a VERY frustrating experience and of course my wife was yelling at me for being cheap and not just spending $600 at the dealer, but now it works.

Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service- working mom here who could only communicate in scattered bits over the month, but Shine stuck with me and now I have a shiny new key to give to my teenage son for his "new" very old Rav 4! THANK YOU!!!
An Initial Snag, but Complete Success and Savings!
The purchase price and time saved makes this worth it. I hit an initial snag upon receipt of the key via FEDEX in three days from when I placed my order. I attempted to complete step 1 and was unable to. I did not waste time and contacted support via email. I learned the key for my 2015 Honda Accord was pre-activated and step 1 was not required. There was no notification in the envelope I received nor did the instructions reflect a pre-activated key could step to Step 2. I learned this from Shine at customer support and suggested this issue be addressed immediately as many DIYers would likely spend unnecessary time and encounter frustration by not being able to complete the task. Tom's Key offers key programming can be accomplished in less than 15 minutes. This is a true statement; however, communicating by a note in the package and getting instructions updated in the Simple Key programming kit would be helpful and reduce lost time and frustration encountered. Fortunately, I decided to contact support after a few attempts at Step 1. I received a reply from Shine at customer support who informed me my key was pre-activated and to skip to Step 2. You can access the instructions either by URL or by scanning the QR Code on the programmer box. Once I began Step 2, which is a play by play along with an active key and the new key, the process took about 10 minutes and met the 15 minutes or less tagline used by Tom's. The local Honda dealership quoted me a price of $390+6% sales tax or $413.40 total. My order total was 178.97 including 6% tax, free shipping and a $15 off offer for my first key. I purchased the key, had it laser cut by Tom's by uploading pictures of the active key, and the Simple Key programming kit. A great deal. I saved 73% by ordering from Tom's Key Company. I know the savings can vary depending on the situation; however, there is a huge mark-up by the "stealership". I saved time to and from, waiting for the work, 2 hour block of time, for the "technician" to program the key. The programming fee offered was $190. The cost of my entire order was less than $190. If $190 is an hourly rate, that's $47.50 per 15 minutes. You can do this even if you think you have no mechanical skills. Plug the programmer into the OBD II sensor under the dash and you are ready to program by following along on your phone. All you need is an active key. It took me less than 10 minutes and I could accomplish the task on my time and at home and not get ripped-off by the dealership. They should be ashamed of themselves for the mark-up on a service which takes minutes and does not require a technician, or any special skills to perform. Tom's 100% money-back guarantee if the process does not work brings the risk to zero for the consumer. It also speaks to Tom's about the confidence they have in their product. Without question, the instructions require updating and a note should be included for keys already pre-activated. Shine at customer support offered this issue would be immediately addressed by leadership at Tom's to preclude future customers from encountering the same problem. A great service and I'm pleased I made the purchase. I have another car needing a replacement key and Tom's will receive my business.
Ford My Key Reset
Tom's Key Co. is the way to go. The Key by photo was perfect. The Key programming was easy to do with the simple instructions. If you're a Ford owner like me and don't have the administrator Key to get out of Ford's (My Key Program setting) this is the product to get. You'll save money and time. This is a great product, perfect. Hands down, no other choice to make.
I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Tom’s
I can’t say enough good things about these folks, I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to everyone; I’ve already recommended them to my family and landlady.
I was misunderstanding something about the order, they were beyond kind in helping me. I received my order VERY quickly, they had everything spelled out in the directions, and they have a QR code for the return label, everything you need- they have it covered.
Also, definitely get on youtube, find your vehicle, watch the process first; it’s not a long video and it made it that much easier.
I can’t thank the folks at Tom’s enough for everything, this would have been a massively expensive hassle otherwise- they made it quick and easy, AND you get refunded the deposit for renting the programmer, doesn’t get much better than that. An infinity of thanks to you!

if you dont use Tomskey over a dealership or locksmith your making a big mistake, there staff is well trained for such a small item, wished other companies spent the time that Toms key did they would have a prosperous business. Thank you fora great experiance
I’ve not received my order yet, but Shine untangled my order to get it processed. 😊
Though I’ve not received my order yet,
Programming a new key is so easy! Less than 2 minutes
I had a great experience with Tom's Key. The interaction via the chat button on the website was outstanding. I was a bit sheepish about doing the programming myself but it couldn't have been any easier. Seriously! I could tell throughout the process that Tom's really cares about its customers. Bravo!
Good luck getting a person on the phone.
Key would not pair. Tried everything. Tried for the 10th time and key paired. Tripped the immobilizer, and nothing worked. Cannot get a person on the line. AI only and that is horrible. Rain was coming and all windows were down. Could not talk to a person. Figured it out on my own, but will never use them again.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, simple instruction and literally took me under one minute to program the new and existing remote key fobs. Amazing.
