I contacted you as you gave a local telephone number but that didn’t appear to be the case the technician was fine polite etc but I asked for an estimate this could not be given the technician had to look at the problem contact the office who would contact me for the price I only wanted the cables replaced £249 ridiculous price eventually job done as I needed the car no option but cannot understand why they cannot give a quote for cable replacement as this surely is standard in the event of further issues this could be sorted after discussion with technician and then agreed ?

Came out to look at our garage door when no one else would. Unfortunately, they couldnt fix it as the brand was a very old company that don't produce parts anymore. However they did secure the garage for us. The call out charge was also very reasonable compared to other companies.

Right from the emergency phone call, Tom's garage door were very helpful and professional, very clean, tidy and efficient.

Far too expensive for the ‘twiddle’ of a screw driver and pressing a few buttons ! £200 !! He’d done the job before I was given the estimate too which shows how simple it was.,Also was not informed there was a 10% reduction for pensioners at any time. I should have been informed of this when I first rang ie that IF you are a p, you get reduction. As far as I can say, it didnt appear on the net. Not happy at all

Kept informed throughout the process by office and then engineer. Left him to fix wires and he contacted me when work completed. Very professional and regret no having done it earlier.

Quick response and friendly staff, the cost is given upfront before work starts…… The only issue I have is that the engineer was on site for approx 20 mins and it cost 230 pounds . 🫣🫣🫣 REALLY EXPENSIVE
