Having tried unsuccessfully to contact Tomplay customer services via the in-app email function, I got a response via Live Chat from Ana, who handled my query with professionalism and diligence. This was highly appreciated and reassuring.

Although I am ultimately satisfied with the service I received, I would suggest that in-app messaging function is reviewed as there may be a glitch in the system.

I was unexpectedly charged €120 on after a free trial. I did not receive any prior email or reminder that the trial would convert into a paid subscription. I contacted Tomplay support and asked for a refund, but they refused. Under EU consumer rules, users should be notified before renewal — this did not happen for me. Be careful and cancel trials well before the end date.

Customer service is out of this world!

I've not been using Tomplay for long, but it's really good. There are lots of songs to choose from, and you get to choose what level you want to play and at what speed. The customer service have been fantastic. If you should have any problems, it's easy to get in touch with them and they get back to you quickly.

I'm looking forward to spending more time with this app in the future! The folks at Tomplay are wonderful to work with too.

A brilliant software I highly recommend to all my students as a violin teacher. Encourages a multi modal learning approach with multiple proven benefits for both skill acquisition and long term enjoyment and motivation.

I have been a learning piano since 2019, over those years I have not really had any issues that have needed me to contact support, I just wanted to say Rene had sorted out my account issue, and had always come back to me usually twice within 24hrs, with my issue sorted with my account in less than 36 hrs, I was still fully able to use the program and features as it was only an account problem.
So the software, be it app or otherwise, I totally love it, I am a lifer with Pianote and Playground Sessions, also tried Most of the other platforms, Tomplay is by far a leader, with features, song choices, grades of hardness, written notation quality and above all the choice of having a backing track with the majority of pieces. You can’t beat the value for money with all the music you get, which most other platforms charge an additional for.
Tomplay you get a 100% vote from me. Please keep it going and giving the best service, song choices and features out there. Your second to none.

the easy way to use it, love the ability to annotate the music sheets, wish it had more country music, however i’ve found so many songs that keep me busy that that’s not a deal breaker,just signed up for year 3 🎸🎼🎼 J.R

I am using Tomplay since last year in intermediate to advance level for Violin. The Piano accompaniment is always great and among the best properties are the possibility of adding annotations, fingering, speed change and of course the extensive library of the best classical pieces. I recently got several hymns, and i can say these scores are top tier. They are super easy to read with clear print. My brother also plays the guitar, and some scores come with guitar chords, so thats handy. I just love these scores. (I am a pianist who has been studying for 4 years now and on a scale of 1-10 sight reading, id say 8. I am a late intermediate/early advanced student for reference)

This has been a fabulous App to practice my violin with! It’s easy to use makes practice fun and so much easier.
You can slow sheet music down and even loop parts over to practice with backing tracks! This makes practice so much easier.
Annotations can be added and also highlights can be added.I love the option to record yourself while practicing and save the video to either watch back or use on social media! Its a fabulous app !
