I've been working with Tom now for over 7 months, he has helped me massively in a number of areas of my personal and professional life. His structure and delivery of a Programme is first class, focused around my values, goals and mindset. His manner and approach is relaxed and laid back, but he is extremely focused on driving positive action and outcomes. He has become a trusted confidant who I bounce thoughts and ideas off and someone who I will stay close to and in touch with forever.

Before speaking with Tom, I had no clear direction in terms of where my career was going next and very little understanding of what a life coach could offer me.

From the initial session my confidence grew and by the end of the second session I already had an understanding of what I wanted to achieve. From my time spent with Tom I have developed a really important Goal which I am now working towards and I am now really looking forward to what the future holds.

Without the guidance and support from Tom, I would never have spoken so openly. I would highly recommend Tom’s services.

Tom and I have been working with each other since January when he introduced me to his new venture and business as a Life Coach.

Really intrigued, Tom and I had an hour session where we covered "My Life Wheel" where we uncovered a number of areas I maybe hadn't considered or realised were so important to my professional and personal life.

From this 1 hour session it projected me on a path and journey towards an agreed goal that will be achieved across the "Transformation Programme".

I'm only half way through this programme but seeing some huge developments both in my professional and personal life. I'm so so impressed with Tom, and his easy approachable style who makes the environment comfortable and open to speak freely without restrictions.

With what we've covered so far I have no doubt my goal will be achieved and in truth truly shape and support the rest of my life.

He takes the time to analyse and understand your mind, your habits, your personality, to guide you through becoming more aware of your own capability.
I can feel the difference between when I started the coaching and now: even if the path is long, I feel more prepared to face my future thanks to Tom’s advice and exercises.
