The app has great user experience and works smoothly. It doesn't have tons of features but I like it's simplicity and that it works perfectly.

Easy, intuitive to use : With your card for daily purchases, transfers to and from other accounts, including payments of invoices etc.

Hello i live in the Netherlands and iam born in the Netherlands and i seems that i could make a account then , but when iam trying to make a account and fill in the forms i only can choose out of 4 countries if i want to type my adress (only Germany, Austria Italy or Spain) so is it not possible to use that App if you live in Then Netherlands ????

It is helpful to see everythink you spent as clear as the app is built.

Good bank fast transfer

I am extremely happy with the bank and the app but I cannot give 5 stars because of the type of projects they support. I wish they would support more projects that we European people can relate to and that are relevant.

The efficiency of the money-transfer, the sustainability of environment/climate protection, rights supports. Tomorrow is an excellent example in such fields even I have never met ever.

Everything is so easy. The way it organizes the expenses is super useful. I also like a lot the possibility of just by rounding up being able to donate.

Like the title says, account was terminated 3 minutes after they opened it. No reason was given.

My account was closed without a reason. I received an email notifying me that Solarisbank had closed my account but without any explanation. A day later my online banking and cards stopped working. When I called support they told me that actually my account was under some kind of review and could not be used for the next ten working days. The person telling me this had failed to see in their system that this was not actually the case, which they told my on a sidenote via chat when asking about this again. Within days I had to set up a new account, notify all providers of subscriptions, order new cards to withdraw money etc. The Solarisbank is apparently not available for customer support. This was the most sketchy experience I've ever had with a bank. I loved Tomorrow for being sustainably responsible and having a good UX but with this kind of interaction: NEVER AGAIN.

App always down for maintenance without warning. Other apps plan updates during low usage times and provide notifications when the app will be unavailable.
Often when I need the app immediately, for urgent or important reasons, it is unavailable.
Unlike Tomorrow’s response below, the app is never down for a few moments but often for hours at a time, and on consecutive days. And the upgrades they supposedly introduce are not noticeable. I cannot think of any added, useful functionality to the app in the 3 years I have been using it.
I am closing my account as a result and moving to a different bank.

Perfekt, diskret

An online bank with great ethics and excellent customer service.

I’ve been locked out of my account multiple times with no reason given and awful customer service turnaround time.

Expensive bank, awful service.

EDIT: there was nothing wrong with my device. The response below was typical of the experience I received from CS: placing the blame on me, and not extending themselves to help.

I only found a resolution by escalating to a formal complaint.

Started great, but has become a donation platform. As a customer I want a customer centric service. I don’t like being asked daily/weekly if I want to donate

A neat and clean app. Simple to navigate and get around. Good UX.
