We are more than delighted with our new kitchen and utility room. Jon's meticulous approach to developing the design and Natalies coordination followed by the on site planning by Terry and the Jones team who fitted it, we have been really impressed by the professionalism and customer focus of everyone we have met. Finally Stan did an amazing job of the final paint coat which put the icing on the cake. We would highly recommend Tom Howley and if we ever do another kitchen project we know who we will go to. Simply the best.

I am absolutely pleased as punch with how our Tom Howley 'rooms' have turned out and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone! From my initial visit to the showroom, the design process with Nina Anastasopoulou and the St Alban's team, through to the on site survey and coordination of works from Richard Coom, to the installation from the dream team that is the father and son duo of Lee and Brad.

The communication was second to none. The attention to detail was outright amazing. Nothing was ever too much and believe me I can sometimes be too much! The quality of the craftsmanship in the production of the cabinetry is phenomenal and each item was fitted with such care.

Thank you Tom Howley, it has been a pleasure!

From the moment we walked into the Tom Howley show room, browsed their products and met Brenda Gibson, we knew we had found the right company to move forward with. Not only did Brenda design the perfect layout and kitchen for us, she also advised on other aspects such as flooring choices and light fittings, and has the patience of a saint!
When it came to the next part, we couldnt have been happier with the service received from Graham Perkins - our installation manager. He kept us up to date with install dates and progress and ensured that every aspect of the install and kitchen was perfect. His install team clean, efficient and precise.
We could not be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend Tom Howley.

From the initial discussion at the showroom with Paul the designer right through the build with another Paul the on site manager we had a first class service.
The attention to detail and the understanding of what we wanted was fantastic.
The tradesmen both Lee and his son who fitted the kitchen and Stan who did the final paint finish was very professional.

Suzie the Designer was excellent- she grasped our ideas straight away, designed a very workable layout for the space and was a joy to work with.
The plans were very detailed and guided the builders efficiently through every stage. The products were delivered on time with no damage or delays. The painter did an excellent job and the finished product is fabulous and we are delighted. I would absolutely recommend using Tom Howley and Suzie in particular! We had a great experience with TH Harrogate. The design meetings were so enjoyable and detailed, really thinking about the personal touch. The quality of the product is second to none. Just brilliant!!!

We visited the Tom Howley St Albans branch where we met Nina Anastasopoulou who explained the different options for our bespoke kitchen. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and a very nice person. She made several visits to take measurements and provided a very competitive quote. The work was carried out by Adrian Craske an extremely professional and experienced installer. The job was immaculate! Very thorough and a nice person. Finally it was the turn of the 'Retoucher' Stan to make sure that every nook and cranny was perfect. Again a very competent professional. The whole process was supervised by Paul Mantell who coordinated with all the different aspects of the job to eliminate any delays or errors that could occur and make sure all was done correctly. He was very pleasant and effective. We would like to thank the whole team for a wonderful job.

We are over the moon with our new kitchen and utility room. Tom Howley delivers the very best in customer service and the highest quality of workmanship and attention to detail.
From the very first consultation right the way through to the finishing paint touches, everything and everyone who has worked on the installation has exceeded our expectations.
A special thanks to Don our installation manager who has been on hand at all times to ensure everything has gone to plan and helped us achieve our challenge of a kitchen for Christmas! It is our favourite part of our new home and is an absolute investment. We would highly recommend Tom Howley without any doubt.

Be really careful with purchasing your kitchen from Tom Howley. The design process was brilliant - the designers were so much more creative with their designs than any other company we looked at. Sadly though the installation process and quality of the finished product is very poor. We had so many items replaced due to poor quality or incorrect base colour. Five years on, I am sad to say that our Howdens utility room looks better! So many areas of our units have paint peeling off - with a light colour underneath - it is very very poor quality for the price you pay. Sadly, our contacts did little to resolve our concerns.

It is great to use such a professional company and team. Richard did a great design, Dom and his team fitted a kitchen which met our expectations and best of all it was all done in the timescales to a very high standard. We love our new kitchen. Thank you

Richard Don and all the team at Tom Howley made the whole process of design, choice of equipment and fitting of our new kitchen an easy and thoroughly enjoyable process. The finished product not only looks great but it is a joy to cook in such a beautiful and functional kitchen.

Our TH kitchen was designed by Matt Mitchell at the Alderley Edge branch. We now have a beautifully fitted kitchen which comes with a huge WOW factor - transformational! From Matt to Simon(our meticulous fitter) to Gavin the painters finishing touches, the whole project was professionally overseen by Don. Every step was clearly briefed and the whole experience from day 1 to completion was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to all including those in the background that you don't get to see within this very reputable company. Many thanks Andy & Penny.

We are thrilled with our fabulous kitchen.
The initial design was carried out by Brenda Gibson at the Fulham Road showroom. She came up with some great ideas that we had overlooked. She took into account the practical elements to the design and created a lovely boot room and pantry as well. The design was simple but glamorous. Brenda considered the fact that we did not want the kitchen to date as well as producing a room that we all want to hang out in.
Graham was the project manager and he was a great communicator. He coordinated and brought the project together within the timescale.
Peter fitted the kitchen for us. He worked brilliantly, always on time and staying late. I could not fault his work. The whole experience was very enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you

Our kitchen was designed by Richard, the fitting experience was overseen by Don and fitted by Ron. Although we looked at a couple of other companies as well, the quality of the Tom Howley product was clearly higher and the design solution which Richard proposed clearly the best for what we wanted. He was also very adaptable when we made changes and decided against a media wall. The fitting happened exactly on time and we were concerned that a couple of smaller matters might not be resolved. To the contrary Don was brilliant throughout, and came to look at anything we queried almost immediately. A slightly faulty double door (we wanted it to be perfect) was replaced without any issue and touching up of any small marks was all done to our complete satisfaction. All the team were superb and we wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending!

Tom Howley, you make truly magnificent kitchens! Dear Sandra, your technical expertise, exquisite taste and exceptional design transformed our kitchen into my favorite room in the house! I greatly appreciated your attention to detail, and ability to serve functionality and aesthetics in equal measure. I enjoyed working with you, and I look forward to working on with you again in the future!

An absolutely fabulous company! Our experience was wonderful from the beginning to end. A very professional company who really value their customers, both during and after sales.
From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew we had found the right kitchen and the right people to do it. Matt was very welcoming and informative and he soon had our plans sent to us. Throughout our house build, which took a total of over 3 years, Matt always kept in touch with us and been very patient. He came to visit us a few times including when we eventually had the kitchen fitted. He’s an asset to the company as is Don who oversees the build. Don came quite a few times to ensure everything was going to plan and also to give it a final check. Simon our fitter did a perfect job, a real craftsman and Gavin the painter did a first class job too! We changed a couple of the handles once it was fitted, Matt and Don went above and beyond to find us the ones we were looking for, nothing was too much trouble for them to create our lovely kitchen. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen, it’s everything we dreamed of, the craftsmanship is simply gorgeous, everyone who came to work on it were so lovely and did an amazing job. We liked Matt so much that he has remained a friend to us and us to him, a top bloke and an all round lovely person.

Our Tom Howley Kitchen is absolutely first class. From the minute we entered the showroom to when the painter left after the kitchen had been installed the service has been nothing short of excellent. We are so pleased with the design, materials and colour of the kitchen it is 100% pure quality which has been reflected through the service right down to the product itself. I would highly recommend Tom Howley Kitchens It was worth every single penny 👍

Don was very knowledgeable and helpful with the installation of our media centre, both fitters, Graham and Nick did a great job, no mess or fuss.
