Great Quality & Excellent Customer Service
The items are all great quality and the VIP WhatsApp service which trouble shoots allows you to contact someone directly with no waiting on a phone or for an email. The replacement service for items that aren’t correct saves returns and the staff are polite and efficient. Takaki was particularly helpful. The items wash really well and are comfortable to wear. However, please be aware that the women’s sizing does not match the unisex sizing so size up!

I received my second order
I received my second order. But I didn't receive my first. It went to my physical address and not my shipping address. Somebody said that they would contact me in 2-3 days. Never did. I would just like my refund so I can order again. Or not.

Cute design but ....
The t-shirts I ordered were kids' sizes but when they arrived, they were far too big. They fit the children's mother. The 'bruh' t-shirt was too big for the nine year old to want to wear and although the seven year old was wearing hers like a night dress, when she stretched it over her knees, it ripped up the middle which is very sad as she absolutely loved the design. The designs are very cute and clever. It's the sizing and the fabric quality I have an issue with. And I know she shouldn't stretch her t-shirts but she does and this is the only brand that has ripped.
Update: Tokyo Tiger contacted me immediately and have offered to replace the t-shirts or give me a full refund. Very impressed with the response. I went with the replacement as I really like the designs. When the t-shirts turn up, I'll update the review.

Item of clothing are ok, nothing else. Design made me buy it but was not made aware its another Chinese import. Approx 2 weeks maybe longer. Yep clicked on link got sent to see timeline but overall it’s a bit meh🤷♂️. Won’t be buying again realistically.
