I cannot begin to describe the difficulties that I and my company have experienced with their organization. I have spent hours in chat support going in circles with chat reps trying to get access to my account and over $550million worth of crypto.

Tokenize is reportedly engaged in bad practices that may be deemed fraudulent and unlawful. The organisation's actions appear to be in violation of regulatory requirements, adversely affecting consumers in pursuit of financial gain. Given this situation, an investigation by the MAS has been launched.

After I requested a withdrawal, the account froze and updates were generic. Ayr'L'P built an audit trail, lodged a formal escalation, and the funds were released.

Scammers , and support not responding to multiple meesages. Dont use tokenize!
Ive sent them like 30 mails total withing last 1.5 year and i get few responses that they work on that . Thats it . Pure scam avoid it!

Horrible terrible service. Helpdeak does not exist. Its been more than a day since my usdt withdrawal, still in transit. Other exchanges takes less tha 5 mins to complete, but these pple just hold your funds proberbly earning interest elsewhere.

Support email after few hours, once completed we will email you. Complete what? Replied asking why is this taking so long, no reply.

Please avoid this at all cost.

I invested in this scam in November but when it came to withdrawal, it did not even work as when i deposited, i reported to their customer support but it was no good that i had to send my complaint to EPF CAPITAL PLC who intervened

Very slow in letting me withdraw my token . The reason they mentioned is to protect against fraud however this address I already withdraw so many times and is my own wallet in the trusted address that tokenize already verified . I highly suspect they use my token to lend out earn money . There is no reason why need to take so long

Very bad experience withdrawal my coins, I make a withdraw since 15hrs ago and it status still in transit. Support just reply when withdrawal is successful will inform me. I never experienced such long withdrawal time with other .

They are not replying to support tickets on zendesk. Only once the guy from support contacted me when he wanted to get from me proof od address, LMAO

Why don't you verify the home address of my recommended people? It is inconceivable that they have not received verification or response from you since February 9, 2024

I sent them address verification over a month ago, which is still pending. I sent them a ticket over 14 days ago to ask about the pending address verification, but they never bothered to reply. This seems like identity theft to me. Avoid this exchange, as it seems like an exit scam.

A decent crypto exchange. No problems with fiat depositing and withdrawal. Fiat Withdrawal is almost instantaneous via xfer which is a BIG PLUS!

Now, lets talk about crypto deposit and withdrawal. I believe they are using manual system which require human intervention. Tested Depositing /Withdrawing few major coins. Withdrawal time is still slow as compared to the major exchanges. In one case, need to send support team a ticket. Good thing is the support team did responded to my matter and act accordingly.
Management team need to know that crypto transactions supposed to be decentralised, secure,efficient, fast and transparent. If human intervention is required to release cryptos, then something is very wrong.

Overall, a decent exchange with room for further improvement. Will continue to trade with them.
