Very dishonest online company. First of all, if est delivery says it’s up to 3 weeks I accept it and placed my order. I bought several bottles of sunscreens to share with my friends on vacation end of June, order was placed 5/19 Received email saying it’s been shipped on 5/22 and will be here in 3 weeks and est delivery date was 6/12 according to their email with tracking number. So on 6/12 package wasn’t here yet so I contact USPS to track it and USPS’s search result is “package has not been released by sender”, unbelievable! So I gave it two few more days and emailed tofu secret saying the package is not traceable and shipping delivery date has been passed, and I asked for a refund, they ignored me and kept saying the package was sent. Okay I contacted USPS again, same result package not released by sender, I relay the information to tofu secret and they ignored me, end of June, when I was already on vacation without these few bottles of sunscreen bought for this purpose. I emailed tofu secret and said please refund me cuz it’s been nearly few weeks after the said delivery date, still they ignored me. And finally, an email from them beginning of July saying that the package has been on its way, lies! Obviously they’ve just sent it and finally got their heads together to respond to a customer’s emails after a few weeks, and completely ignored my refund request made countless times. Since I ordered on 5/19 and by 7/9 I still didn’t have any products sent to me I filed a claim with my CC. On 7/13, a beat up box nearly falling apart with sun screens (two out of 5 them were damaged) arrived at my doorstep. So I contacted my CC and have the claim canceled. On 7/21, received a very shameless email from tofu secret accusing me of attempting to keep products for free and scamming them money, like WTH?! I know they’ve been very rude in their previous emails but this one just shows they are scums! I wrote back to tell them, you have a history of ignoring emails so maybe check if you’ve missed one from my bank notifying you claim has been canceled? Like check before you start yelling at a customer, you d1psh1t!

I found my favourite skincare here, COSRX and Dr. Jart products. The price is here is much more affordable than Sephora. Definitely will come back again.
