Better communication between Sales and Shipping

You were supposed to ship on Monday Oct 27th by UPS or Fed Ex 2day service. I was supposed to receive Wednesday. I was leaving for a business meeting on Friday. Instead you sent it on Tuesday via Fed-Ex SMART POST. Not only a day late but the smart post is a hand off service with the US Mail. It adds extra days. I am sitting at the airport without my coat !

It came oversized, hole in pocket

It came oversized, I ordered a medium and it fits like a large or extra large, and one of the chest pockets came with a huge hole at the bottom, a mess, not a good shop, very dissatisfied and disappointed
