Lackluster Customer Service, Hard To Get Refund
I should have read the reviews before making this purchase, because I immediately regretted it. I immediately notified them I wanted my order to be cancelled. They claimed that my order could not be cancelled, and I would have to wait to receive it, and then return it. I did as they asked, and immediately returned it upon receiving their shipping label. When I confirmed it had been received by their warehouse, I requested my refund. They denied my refund saying they hadn't actually received it yet, but said to check back in a week. Having done so, they say they still haven't received it, which shows a massive amount of disorganization, or unwillingness to take action.
It took saying that I would be disputing with my credit card company to get my refund.
I work in tech, and customer service, and know that every step of the way, they chose to do the least amount of work, solely for there own benefit and ease. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
