Absolutely fantastic customer service! I could not afford the hand sanitizer in the personalised carabiner but needed it for my toddler at nursery due to my auto immune disorder and normal hand sanitizers obviously being too strong for little hands, they saw my comment on Facebook and kept in touch and even emailed and gave me my own discount code so I could afford it! Great products…we’ve used the insect repellent on a tropical holiday and literally watched the mosquitoes divert their approach… handy size to pop in your pocket for alfresco evenings and a pleasant enough fragrance. Have recommended Toddle to lots of friends and family (with young children).

Loved the product, until the sanitiser came flying out of the green plastic outer case and broke so it no longer sprays!

I got stung by a wasp and the spray was amazing, I bought it hoping I would never need it and so glad I did.

I own a few toddle products. I placed my first order in September 2020. We use the happy germ hand gel, the alcohol free sanitiser mist and the snood. All are of very good quality. The happy germ hand gel feels lovely and moisturising. We like the mist as it has a carabiner clip that easily attaches to my son's backpack and he knows that he can't dispense too much, a couple of sprays is enough. We also love the idea that it can be refilled from a pouch which creates less waste, although we have not had to refill it yet.
I recently had an issue with the silicone case of the mist sprayer. Using the contact form on the website I informed them of my problem. I received a reply the next morning and my problem was fixed very promptly.

I ordered insect repellent and after bite spray in July but I wanted to wait until the end of the mosquito season before reviewing! I live in Virginia, USA (British military) and we have A LOT of mosquitoes during the summer and autumn. My daughter was bitten alive last year. But this year with Toddle’s spray she did surprisingly well. Very few bites and the few she got the after bite spray is amazing. No complaints once applied. I even used it on my own bites because it was so cooling. I will definitely be buying these products again next year because they were better than DEET spray at keeping bugs away!
Fast delivery and well packaged.

Customer service is absolutely fantastic. They sent extra as the personalisation didn't get picked up on the order, so sent plain ones in the meantime.

The products are fantastic and second to none, my grandkids love them. They do qs sqod on the packet. Service wise not great always looking to give excuses for poor service and expecting it to be readily accepted.

Absolutely love their products, all natural, all brilliant at what they do. My personal favourites being the spray sanitiser or 'magic mist' and the sun spray. All received when i was told they would be, and in very sweet packaging too.

I recent placed my first order with Toddle following a recommendation on a parent group I follow online. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. To my surprise I actually had a duplicate order delivered so I contacted Toddles Customer Order Team to ask if they would like the items returned. I received a prompt reply appologising and offering me the option of passing the additional products on to friends to try. I thought this was very generous of the company and saved me the trouble of returning them. My friends were please to receive the items and I'm sure we will all be dealing with Toddle again.

I've tried a lot of products from Toddle now and I'm impressed. I absolutely love the sun oil, the spray hand sanitiser and the lip balm. The snoods are also great for winter and the posters are fab, and make great presents. Love the products, love the brand!

We love the sun spray it is really easy and quick to put on and have a great smell. We also use bath and shampoo bar and they are amazing as well.
