The whole experience with the family who ran Toby’s on line helped me and mainly my handsome gent of a springer spaniel who has become diabetic and blind. The compassion and help they have shown us went far beyond from ordering packaging delivery but most of all always ready to help .im sad they no longer will be open to online shopping now for us but they deserve praise and a wish for their future to be happy and fulfilled thank you.

Despite running down their business to closure the owners have made special efforts to supply me with my dog’s favourite products from their small residual stock.

My dog loves these chews and they’re right for his allergenic diet as he’s limited to certain treats. Got a special bogof offer but worth checking the sell by dates (my fault). The rest were good dates. Would definitely buy from again.

The delivery was fast, all very professional, lovely packaging, treats come in pouches or boxes and are all fresh. My dogs love them, their favourites are peanut butter and banana and apple!
