I kept on asking to unsubscribed but they kept on billing me!!!!

Avoid!

They boast the templates are "drag and drop" social media... its just basically some poor Canva style posts that are well out of date.
The social media calendars are just mixed around each month but the same ideas, so nothing new. Really lacks imagination and needs an overhaul.
Plenty of better options out there, so sidestep this one!

As someone else mentioned, I got an annual discounted subscription. Stopped using it as it was just same old same old after a couple of months. Forgot all about it.

Exactly 1 year later and with no warning (I.e. your annual subscription is coming to an end in 7 days, etc) I got billed at full price for another year. I contacted them immediately to terminate and refund. Got nowhere with them. They just stuck to "you agreed to our T&C" and offered a slight discount.

Avoid like the plague!!!!

Money taken from account with out permission and every message for the last few weeks regarding the money has been ignored.
Impossible to get hold of and no way to get money back, avoid these thieves!

So far so good, I've been using the various features within 'Toby Knows' for just over a week and it's really helping me with consistency.
The 'Toby Knows' website is rich in features and fairly straightforward to navigate. Happy to recommend :)

Toby Knows keeps in touch with you but doesn’t overwhelm you with loads of emails. I would have liked more time however to have considered the discount first offered on the professional package. Good content though for free.

I registered for the site during a Black Friday promotion in 2020. The content seemed promising and engaging and the price was quite cheap.

Once I could check the actual materials, they were quite generic and not that exceptional, so I didn't use them much. After a few months I stopped checking the updates, as they were not very appealing.

One year later, I got charged a full year in advance without any prior communication or reminder. This time the pricing was around ten times the original amount. Less than 24 hours since the payment I contacted their support to ask for a full refund. They evaded the refund with more offers and mentions of their terms of services. According to those, once you pass the 100 day mark, you are out of luck. They will only give money back during those initial 100 days. So if you have a problem after a year with them, they won't refund any money at all.

They keep pushing their marketing mixing proposefuly words like "Unlimited" with discount codes like GET22OF22 (or something along the lines). You will subscribe and in 2023... surprise, you get full price automatically charged without any prior notice!

In my opinion, this service offers poor value and not engaging content as promised. Their modus operandi seems to be tricking people to subscribe with limited time offers and then keep your money once they renew your subscription. Their helpdesk will not help you at all but send you all kinds of nice looking emails, without solving your requests at all.

P.D If you want to know the kind of formal replies that you will get, filled with kind words that solve nothing about your issue, I invite you to read their reply here. They will keep your money and provide little in return. Stay away from them!

Frankly, and to be fair, I have been so busy this last few days I haven't had a chance to fully look at everything. Thank you.

I like how well explained the content ideas are on the calendar. And you get a link for that stuff 😃. I’m still playing around trying to get myself a little more comfortable with it. But, overall it’s a great tool to use.
