I ordered a necklace from this site as a gift. Since it was custom, I expected it to take longer. As time went by, I still never received it. I sent multiple emails with no reply. I reached out on social media, but haven't received a reply. I even sent a letter, which was returned. I'm out of $300 and a gift. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I ordered a key holder February 26 and choose the priority delivery method, I got an order confirmation and charged immediately but the product did not show as shipped for over a week. When I checked on March 7 the product still had not shipped, when I checked March 8 it said the product was delivered. I reached out to ask for any information such as a tracking number for proof of shipment and heard nothing back. I had purchased a day collar a few years ago and I am extremely dissatisfied with the direction they have taken. Buyer beware….i am out $79.00 don’t be the next victim to this fraudulent behavior.

I also ordered a necklace from them last year, paid for it using my credit card, then failed to receive it. I emailed them multiple times over several months and never received any response. It has been 9 months since my purchase and I have not gotten a refund or any kind of communication from them. I have read that many people have had the same experience of not receiving their orders, despite paying for them. How are these people still able to have an active website when they are consistently stealing from people?
I ordered a day collar with lock and engraving on 7/26/25. My money was taken from my checking account and the product was never made or shipped. All access to any websites or communication outlets are non-existent. I realize that there was a family occurrence that happened in May, but that being the case the shop should not have been processing orders and payments in July. As of this time I have no collar and I am out $226. I am very disappointed. Any communication or replies to my numerous emails would have been appreciated.
This shop gets mentioned as a top source for kink/bdsm/shibari jewelry. I shopped for and purchased a day collar for my sub from them. The order never processed, never shipped, no communication, no updates, and then the website broke and mostly disappeared. I opened a claim with my credit card. Two-and-a-half months later, the claim is disputed by the company and the order has been marked shipped. That's not how it works bud. Crappy dishonest company.
