Horrible company to deal with. catalog was wrong when i ordered. Pieces didnt fit and when I spoke to him on the phone he promised the world and next day measurements for the correct part. Weeks went buy and the owner acts like I'm the problem. Poor business practices.

Love the cases! Applied one wrong and they sent me a new one only for the price of shipping. Cant recommend them enough!

The product is flawless and great! I bought a Fold 5 Case because I wanted something fancy for a fancy Smartphone. I love the grip an smell. Also they respected my wish to have many wood grains.
I choose a different wood at first which is more plain and asked me if I wanted to change it so my order would be more to my liking which I really appreciated!

The packaging is very need and everything is well protected. They even wrote "Vielen Dank" on my card with hand. The instructions are easy to follow. Now after free days the corners are well settled and it looks perfect. I will buy again once I need something.

Worst experience of my life. I ordered this expensive over priced plastic skin as a Christmas gift for new HP envy. I ordered full kit with a J&D logo on the right hand corner. I was greeted at my front door from FedEx with an additional charge of 50$ after everything I paid for. When I opened my package, I noticed the kit was incomplete half of it was missing. The logo was huge and upside down, and put in the wrong place. The skin was unusable and went into garbage. immediately notified them and explained my dissatisfaction. And to my surprise the person who wrote back did not give a flying F. To him everything was fine, and he just didn't seem to get it that the order was all wrong and the customer is ME, I am the one who made the order, paid for it and has to like it. The kit didn't even fit my laptop, but to him it was perfect.
Everything that could've gone wrong with this order DID. Worst costumer service ever. Don't call it customisation if you just make it to your liking and ignore the customers requests. This is the most dishonest and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Don't expect them to take responsibility for anything they do wrong.
