This is the second time we have used the company. Shaun has always been so helpful and accommodating, to make sure the package works for us.
Would highly recommend.

We are tourists from Canada and worked with Shaun for a Liverpool match, getting the Anfield Beat package. Everything worked out perfectly, smooth hotel check-in, the lounge access at the game was great and the seats were amazing in L15!
Shaun communicated with us really well the entire time, no issues whatsoever.

Working with Shaun for Liverpool vs Manchester at Anfield was a seamless process the entire way through. From booking to attending the game everything came through in a timely manner and we had an amazing experience. While I was quite nervous booking in the beginning from Australia as I had never booked sport tickets abroad, Shaun put any anxieties at ease. He also managed to score accomodation in the city centre of liverpool which added to the experience. Very happy customer and couldn't recommend enough.

It is quite easy to book. However, communication is poor. I sent messages on chat after booking and have not received any response. It would be great if telephone contact or direct emailing was an option.

Prompt confirmation that order for matchday hospitality packages had been successfully processed. Next step will be waiting for tickets to arrive via email no later than 3 days as stated in webpage.

Good communication from Shaun. He was very helpful and pleasant. Great seats for the game, stayed in the Ibis by Albert Dock, basic hotel but good overall, have stayed in better. A great experience with a great company.

My brother and I were coming from Australia especially to see the LFC v Man U game… Shaun was helpful right from the beginning… His communication was excellent…He went above and beyond to make sure our trip was special !!! We stayed at The Pullman hotel in the docks and it was perfect… I will definitely use Shaun again and recommend him to my Aussie friends…

I purchased the hospitality tickets for the Anfield Beat Lounge from TO-Sport (being the official partner of LFC). The view from the lower main stand is very nice.

Shaun was very responsive whenever I sent him email enquiries. It'd be better and more assuring if the details re ticket confirmation/ next-steps are provided in the order confirmation email, but Shaun promptly responded upon my enquiry.

As with all matchbreak tickets we already knew the tickets would only be sent to our emails approx 3 days before. Still, whenever we had questions, Shaun was always there to clear any doubts expediently along the way.

We even got a hotel upgrade due to some unforseen circumstances as the races were also happening that same weekend. Thank you for making it such a comfortable and excellent experience guys (although the scoreline was not as fun). Have already recommended to our friends.

This was the first time I had used Travel Options Sport for LFC hospitality tickets. Initially, I was a little apprehensive but Shaun provided an impressively efficient and personal service, always being available and ready to respond to email enquiries. Having been in the Beat Lounge before through other companies, I knew exactly what to expect and that the seats in the Main Stand blocks L15 and L16 would be very good ones. I look forward to using Travel Options again in the near future.

I’m from outside UK and being my first time getting a hospitality ticket, I was a little jittery! However, after the order was made, they were constantly in touch with me which is quite reassuring - that this is not a scam!
Overall, the whole experience was good and if ever I were to attend another LFC match again, I know which resellers I would look out first!

Booked tickets for the UEFA Europa League match against Atalanta and was delighted with the service provided by To Sport. Shaun was extremely helpful, provided clear updates and everything arrived as expected on time. I would highly recommend and would definitely use this company again.

Got tickets for the Atalanta game in the beats lounge Shaun was brilliant throughout keeping us informed and answering any questions we had, also the seats were fantastic and we had a great time (apart from the result )

Booking tickets in America for a Liverpool game went very smoothly, Shaun explained that the tickets would arrive 3 days before the game via e-mail then add to your digital wallet. Walking from Anfield to Liverpool city centre after the game was an easy 3 mile walk.

We used Travel Options to get tickets to Anfield. We used The Beats lounge option with a stay in the Ibis Albert docks. Yes the price is rather high but we couldn't be happier with how we were treated. Our Advisor kept us informed of everything we needed to know, and the whole trip was fantastic and ran very smoothly. I can recommend the Beats Lounge option as a nice sized venue before and after the match and the seating gave us such a great veiw of the match. Will definitely use again.

I had the best experience anyone can wish for with this company, and as others have also mentioned, Shaun provided an exceptional customer service. I'll definitely book my next visit to Anfield with them again.
