Easy interface for learning. The course is Easy to understand with adequate information.

Very clear and easy learning process 👌

Very self explanatory, easy to navigate and the staff is helpful and attentive, i had a question and a customer support person replied to my email within a an hour or so.

The information was well laid out, current and learning was practical, user friendly and easy to follow.

Thorough. Comprehensive. Thoughtful. Both courses were sufficiently detailed to keep me interested but not so detailed I became overwhelmed. Both courses gave good explanations of quite dry concepts. Good graphics/ narration. I liked the workbook questions: they are optional but well worth my effort in order to ensure that I remembered some of the more awkward points. Both courses were completed within the scheduled time limits. Certficates were useful as proof that I had completed the training. The system recommended refresher training in one year's time: I was/ am sufficiently impressed that I'll return here to re-complete. There are also one or two extra courses which looked interesting so I may tackle those as well! Thank you. Much appreciated.

It’s a good course, big problem with not being able to continue the course on an iPad or iPhone, you can do the first module then can’t go any further than question 1. As most people have iPads I think they need to sort this problem out!

We’ll set out, simple to use course (and a certificate at the end). Also, a pleasant, very helpful lady (Claire) at the end of the phone.

This was a good course, well planned and delivered.

The only criticism is that this referred to English legislation which is different in Scotland and it should acknowledge that.

Taking time and reading and researching more about , it has been 100 percent helpful and advantageous to me as individual

The course was very helpful but what stood out for me the most was the way they have made it very easy to navigate. They also had videos to support the course and that made it easier to understand. Great Platform

Excellent course on Designated Safeguarding Person (Wales). Detailed content but carefully structured. I felt I learned more from this than listening to a talk or watching a video. It took me more than 1.5hrs but that was because I took notes throughout. The review exercises and simple practice questions help concentration and learning. Very reasonable price. I don't normally give feedback but this was good. I would recommend it. I also love the option to go back and review it afterwards for up to 1 year!

I found the course I did with TNTA really good. The value was also good and I was able to dip in and out as I needed. The course I did was regarding a treasurer's role and was very informative. I would definitely recommend the TNTA and I am likely to be signing up for another course in the near future. So glad I came across them
