unreliable

I'm still waiting for a good to be delivered. The TNT Branch involved is Torino / San Mauro Torinese. The shipment left the sender company the 15th December for a very short trip (80 km). I was alerted via mail the same day for the delivery to be done the next day. Nothing has happened since that day. Nobody answered my claims. The webchat is fake (it tells the same message every time). It is a nightmare. I strongly recommend not to approach these brand for any reasons
