Used this company for a day trip around wales doing multiple activities for a large group. (Mo) our driver was fantastic, on time, polite and had everything under control, pleasure to be around. Bus we hired was pure luxury, clean and lots of space. Would definitely use this company again for any future outings.

Conner was our driver for the day, he was friendly, approachable and considerate.
He kept us updated on our journey to London and informed us throughout regarding hold ups and also when we would be getting breaks, he was warm and humorous and I would highly recommend Connor with TNS travel.

We recently hired a coach from TNS Coaches for a day trip, and I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.
From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and professionally - but what really made the day was our driver, Raz. He was absolutely outstanding. Friendly, calm, and incredibly organised, he made sure every single passenger felt safe, comfortable, and looked after throughout the entire journey
Travelling with a group can sometimes be stressful, but Raz took all of that pressure away. He kept everything running on time, handled the day with ease, and made sure we all got there and back safely without any issues. Nothing was too much trouble.

Connor was extremely polite and helpful. He kept us entertained with his brilliant sense of humour.

I had my trip with TNS on Saturday due to the flooding of the track in the Hereford are region.
It was well organised at the station no stress & ready to go I was going to Newport & returning to Hereford in the evening.
The bus inside was beautiful, spacious no tight fitting seats an area also for a wheel chair which gave them a good large window to look out of. In my opinion a First Class coach can’t fault it for comfort or design.
Now our bus driver his name is Mohsin a softly spoken caring person.
An excellent driver I fell asleep on my way home to Hereford I had absolute faith in his careful driving.
A very busy day for TNS coach drivers.

This company provided a 16 seater to take a group to a restaurant for my husband's birthday. Communication was good, the driver (Mo) arrived in good time and was a pleasure to be with. He was polite, good humoured and a super driver who got us to the venue in perfect time. He also provided the return journey. Would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to others.

I just used this Transport company for the first time to take me and my family to the airport, and I can honestly say it was the best travel experience. The driver was polite, courteous and so helpful with our luggage loading it in their new people carrier, which may I say was spotless and a luxury experience to say the least. Outstanding Service received from both Raz and Tanveer at TNS Ltd, who went above and beyond to provide us with sufficient transport at the very last minute, to ensure we were able to complete the Welsh 3 Peak Challenge. Raz certainly kept us entertained throughout the whole challenge, kept to specific timings given between the peaks, was extremely friendly and even provided our very own VIP tour when a colleague was unable to continue with the last peak. Thank you so much for everything you did. We will definitely have no hesitation of using your services again in the future 😀
