TNAHosting LLC Hybrid-24 plan rating
I have been using the Hybrid-24 plan for some time now. This plan offers 6 Ivy Bridge cores, 24GB of RAM, and a 1TB hybrid drive. While the resource allocations look generous on paper, the actual experience is a mixed bag.
The network performance is mediocre at best. Furthermore, the CPU performance is quite limited due to the aging Ivy Bridge architecture; it struggles with modern, compute-intensive tasks. In my opinion, unless you specifically need this much RAM and storage at a low price point, choosing other modern instances would be a much better alternative.
Additionally, the user management panel is quite cluttered and unintuitive. I sincerely hope TNAHosting LLC can improve the UI/UX for a better management experience.
Overall, I am giving this a 4/5 star rating. It's a decent budget option for specific storage needs, but there is significant room for improvement.

It’s definitely meant to be a low-cost option for people who need a lot of RAM and storage, and as you pointed out, that comes with some tradeoffs compared to newer platforms.

Moreover, it appears that TNAHosting shares user information with third parties, judging by the marketing emails I have received since registering. They are inexpensive, but there are cheaper hosts who don't do these things.

To clarify, we haven’t had any maintenance events that would take customer VPSs offline — our core router updates last month caused less than 30 seconds of total downtime, and your VPS itself has been continuously online since. If you're having issues, please do reach out to us!
We also never share customer information. The only emails sent after signup are the order confirmation (which includes a Trustpilot review invite) and standard service notifications.

Good for small an medium business with medium traffic.
I've loved using this provider from the very beginning. It's a great choice for small to medium-sized companies looking to grow their business efficiently. One of the best things is that you don't need to spend a lot of money upfront to deploy a production-ready application. I'm also considering using it for medium to large-scale companies with high traffic, if the performance continues to meet expectations.

The server you received had a hardware failure shortly after provisioning — something we don’t take lightly. Unfortunately, there was also a delay in our initial response, which understandably added to the frustration. That’s on us, and we sincerely apologize for not being quicker to address the issue.
Once the problem was confirmed, we offered to either resolve it with a billing adjustment or issue a full refund. As requested, we processed your refund and cancelled the order.
