Janine.Raine-Cooper was very helpful with our house sale and move it was a bumpy ride but Janine was paitent with us and helped us. And now we exchanged contracts.

Kevin was efficient and simply got on with the work and did it to a high standard. In a 5 property chain with multiple other solicitors proving they should not be allowed to trade, Kevin was able to progress the sale and provided us with the reassurance that at least our legal work was in safe hands.
In a world of woeful service and solicitors, Kevin and TMT were outstanding.

TMT have been excellent. All communication has been very quick and explained in an easy way. Having had to deal with multiple companies in our moving process, TMT have been the best to deal with. Catherine in particular has always dealt with us very professionally, even if we could sometimes be exasperated by some of the roadblocks (not from TMT, from mortgage broker). She has always sorted problems quickly, responding to emails very quickly and calling us if it is easier to get information across. We even found out from TMT we had been accepted for our mortgage, before our mortgage brokers even knew!
Would highly recommend their service.
