I purchased a TMPR Oculus XT racket and it is the best racket I have owned to date. The handle is slightly longer then my my other rackets which provides better handling and power. The tackle is oval but it does not reduce the contact face of your hitting area. Buy one I dare you…
I have been playing with the TMPR paddles for over 4 years now. They keep getting better with each new launch. I still play with my original Ascend Paddle but am using both the Tantrum LX regular and Ice for the higher level play. I find they give me a ton of control without "too much" popping off of the face. And still, I have plenty of power behind my drives. Worth checking them out.
