TMGM is a great broker despite all the scammers impersonating their brand
I had the unfortunate experience of being scammed by a third party company impersonating the official branding of TMGM and I only realised this when I tried to make a withdrawal. I contacted the official TMGM Customer Support and it was clear that I had been scammed. I just want to say a big thank you to Becky and Bano who were professional and empathetic and because of the way they treated me I went on to open an account with the official TMGM. Easy onboarding, deposits and withdrawals and the customer service has been outstanding. I have read the reviews and I feel it is unfair that TMGM is being targeted by scammers and their good reputation is being tarnished but I am glad I gave them the opportunity because they have restored my faith.

Beware of slippage
I was trading NZDCHF selling at 0.53234, SL 0.5323 which below my entry level to protect my fund. Funny part is during FOMC the price was at 0.53125 not even the wick pass through 0.5314. Guess what, due to slippage it went through my SL at 0.5327. The account manager told me it is normal because it is impact news. She even show me normally the spread only 2-3pip but during Fomc news it went to 27pips. What a joke. It’s the first time I know break even still can lose money and the respond is “it is normal”
All I know is TMGM are suitable for scalpers. Not suitable for swing trade cause you never knew the slippage can go how far.

TMGM will not allow me to withdraw my crypto
I recently was convinced to transfer crypto currency to the TMGM platform and was skeptical to begin with as I was being highly pressured into putting more and more into the platform. I finally quit chatting with the individual who was pushing. Now they will not allow me to transfer out my money.

All in all a very pleasant experience so far including the trading conditions. Fast deposits and withdrawals, a friendly support and safe environment for my funds. Unfortunately they have been promoting MT5 for over a year now and still did not release. That's sad if you have most of your indicators programmed for MT5. If MT5 would be implemented I'd give it 5/5.

200K USDT Gone! so i tried to deposit 200k USDT not the first time, they provided a QR code, I scanned it and it was completed in my binance, now they are saying that they did not receive it and i have to prove that its their QR code. now my 200k is missing and they are investigating if its their gateways fault, anyone experience the same thing? they have a system generated QR provider called psp.

AVOID TMGM at all cost
Trading with TMGM at the beginning was ok then they changed trading conditions, increasing time execution and slippage. Upon request a withdrawal which is 4 business days, it has passed more than a month and the money is not in my bank account and not in TMGM account. They giving excuses all the time that is is a transition with the banks which is lead me to convince me that they are a scam!

As for our withdrawal process, it will take 1 working day for our relevant department to check and process it. After it has been sent to the bank to be credited to your account, the estimated time for the funds to reflect will depend on the withdrawal method you use.
