I was with this company for two years trying to finalise my divorce.

One of my lawyers left without them making me informed, but they kept me as a client with a different lawyer saying I would be looked after.

After having paid a lot of money for consultations to another lawyer from their firm, I just found out that she has also left and that my file was closed - without me knowing air be informed.

I spoke to their administration making a complaint and asking to be called back and they completely ignored me.

I then called to make my complaint voiced and they hung up on me.

I have paid my money on time and was an understanding client with the first lawyer leaving without me being informed.
Now I have to find another lawyer which will consequently make me pay more and I will be at a loss

After having spent 13k, I am left with no answers and no courses of action. I have no clue what has actually been achieved. I was under the impression that this was a dispute resolution service. A lot of mistakes were made, solicitor ignored me weeks on end because she was busy with more important cases, constantly been invoiced even when I asked for further work to stop.

I have tried numerous times to get hold of someone at this legal firm. I have left voicemail messages on 2 phone numbers, sent numerous emails, but nobody ever gets back to me, this has been over the period of 2 weeks. Not a very good indication as to how good they would be at representing you as a client.

We used Emma howlett when going through a very difficult probate process. I could not say more negative things about the experience and it actually made an already unbearable time feel impossible. We were passed on until we got to Emma who was CONSISTENTLY UNREACHABLE. The process took months and months longer than it was supposed to, emma would always be OOO, rude whenever she responded and acted as if she was doing us a favour. to add insult to injury, we had them as lawyers collect rent money in the meantime for a property while the probate process was ongoing. When it was time for them to release the money to us, they REMOVED their bill and gave us the rest (a few thousand pounds when they had been holding more than £15k. i was stunned. of course we were going to pay when given the bill but we were not even given the chance. I couldn't believe it honestly and when we asked about it she was so nonchalant like it was normal. NEVER USE THEM.

Everyone I dealt with was just amazing, looking out for me and trying to keep my costs to a minimum.
