I am a little disappointed
I am a little disappointed. I purchased a short circuit loop impedance meter and it seems to have a technical problem.
I don't think TEM is to blame but I hope they will resolve this issue

I ordered a small part on their website on a Monday morning from Ireland. It was shipped and delivered to my door by Tuesday afternoon the following day. The replacement part worked perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The components on their website are well documented and easy to find.

Delayed delivery
My order included only two items, but the delivery was shared two parts. The first was sent by DHL via Germany and I have not got it yet! The second delivery was sent by FedEx via France and I got it this morning, even it was sent two days later than the first one. Five stars to FedEx.
The other parcel came finally after several phone calls to DHL Express Customer Service. DHL's logistic partner in Finland was the reason for the delay... 100 kms/7 days...?
Anyhow. I am satisfied to TME and I recommend the company, when you need electrical components.
