Couldnt care less about customer support
As several reviewers have said, this company is a disaster when anything goes wrong. A 2-pole MCB arrived in TME's own packaging, missing the link bar linking the 2 levers. Contacted them immediately with a photo. After chasing several times, 4 days later I get asked for "more information" and a photo, so I tell them the same thing again and send the same photo. Further chasing ("This is out of my remit " / "This is with the right department looking at this" - how hard can it possibly be?) and a week after receiving it I'm told the part has been sent, and told the same thing again the next day, neither of which was true according to the tracking. Now scheduled to receive 2 weeks after the original delivery.

Hello! I received the package and am very happy with the product—everything is just as I wanted. But there is one issue! It’s not your fault. I ordered delivery via DHL, and the courier arrived at the location without warning. I changed the delivery address, after which the courier came to my workplace, was rude to the security guard, and insulted his nationality. It turned out that the courier who arrived was the one our director had banned from coming here because of his hatred of Russians.
